Sasuke and Sakura: Friends or Foes?

Orientation is today.

I got up out of bed and took a shower. My headband was sitting on the counter of my bathroom, along with all of my ninja gear. I quickly dressed myself, brushed my hair and teeth, then wrapped my headband around my forehead- tightening the grip.

I went downstairs and fixed some cereal. This is probably one of my favorite things to eat. After eating exactly two bowls, I placed the cereal back in the cabinet, and the milk back in the fridge. I then made my way out of the door, locking it behind me.

As I entered town, a lot of racket was being made. Naruto and that kid, Konohamaru, seemed to be.. pulling pranks on each other? Or something. I don't know.

Ichiraku Ramen was packed full. I'm assuming most of the people there are from the Academy, eating their breakfast.

Then there's Ino and Sakura. Whom seemed to be pushing each other back to back. They've always been rivals, because of Sasuke. Kind of crazy, if you ask me. Having a rivalry over a boy? Geez.

All of this noise started to aggravate me. So, I quickly ran to the Academy. It may of caused me to run out of breath, but it was definitely worth getting away from all of that ramble in town.

"Kazumi! You made it!" Naruto shouted across the room.

He ran up to me, giving me a big hug.

Wait, how did he get here before me? Never mind. I don't even want to know.

"N-Naruto." I squirmed. "I can't breathe."

"Oh.. Sorry bout that!" He chuckled nervously as he removed himself from me.

"It's fine." I smiled softly.

"I'm first!" Someone yelled.

Me and Naruto turned our attention to the voice, only to see Ino and Sakura.

"Did these two fools really have a competition?" I thought to myself.

"Hey, Naruto. Wanna go sit down?" I asked.

He didn't answer.

"Uh, Naruto?"

His face was flustered completely.

Right. I forgot he had a little crush on Sakura.

Well, since he was obviously occupied, I decided to go sit down without him. He was probably going to be stuck like that for quite sometime.

"Huh. You made it." Shikamaru mumbled.

"Mind saying that any louder, Shikamaru?" I hummed.

He rolled his eyes.

"Hm. That's what I thought." I said, winking at him.

"Troublesome women." He sighed.

"Sasuke."

"Kazumi."

While me and Sasuke was in the middle of having our little greeting, Ino and Sakura rushed over to us.

"Hey! What are you doing?" Sakura growled.

Hmph. These girls are nothing but trouble. Maybe I'm starting to understand what Shikamaru means by, 'troublesome women.'

"What does it look like?" I responded.

"Um, it looks like you're talking to my Sasuke!" Ino and Sakura both shouted.
