I woke up to my alarm going off. I was in my bed alone. I assumed Christina had him carry me to bed and made sure he went back to his room. I got up and did my normal routine, I took a shower, brushed my teeth, put my hair in a fishtail braid. I picked out my outfit which was jeans, I tucked in my puffy white shirt and I added my golden letter m necklace. I put on my white thong sandals.

I had on white eye shadow and mascara, nothing more nothing less. I grabbed my backpack which was heavier than yesterday. I walked downstairs. I had a blueberry muffin for breakfast and I had about a minute till I had to leave. Dylan tried to get me to ride in the car with him and Alex but I told him I wanted to ride the bus.

I said bye and then I left for the bus with Jack behind me. When I got to the stop the bus was already there again. I got right on and said hi to Sam. We talked the whole ride about our interests and we got to know each other more. She then asked for my phone number but I had to tell her I didn't have a phone and it made me think about getting one. She asked me if I wanted to hangout later and I told her to write down her number in my notebook and I could call her to hang out later.

When we got to the school we walked in together but then separated to go to our lockers. I put my stuff into my locker and grabbed my materials for Algebra. I walked into the classroom and there were few kids in there. I was early to class. I took a seat anyways. When the bell rang the teacher gave us a long lesson on linear programming. The bell finally rang when it felt like hours later.

I had Spanish today instead of gym so I looked around for that class. I was a minute late but I explained myself to the teacher when she found out I was new. She had me sit in the front of the room. That class was hard because she was speaking mostly in Spanish and I couldn't keep up. I didn't understand much of it. When the bell rang I walked out.

I found my way to the science room quickly because it was right across the hall from History. She introduced me to the whole class and had me sit next to a guy named Jerry. He looked like one of the guys on my bus who was friends with Jack, I wonder if he knew that I lived with Jack. I didn't question him.

My next class was English and we started reading to kill a mockingbird, our homework was to read the next chapter. Study hall went by quickly and when it was over with I got on the bus to go home. I had my book and my notes in my backpack.

I talked to Sam on the bus and I told her I had to read this chapter for homework and then we could hangout. She suggested going to the mall. She said her parents could drive us. When I got off the bus I told her I'd call her.

I got home and Dylan was already home. I went up to my room and pulled the book out of my backpack. I sat in the middle of my bed cross legged and I started reading. I heard a knock on the door and it was Dylan, he walked in leaving the door open. I looked at him and then looked back at my book.

He climbed onto the bed. He wrapped his legs around me and he was sitting behind me. He started kissing my neck.

"whatcha doing?"

"I'm reading for homework."

"you should put that down for a moment," he said while trying to take the book from me.

I was tempted to put it down and just kiss him but I know I had to get this done.

"I can't"

He nestled his head on my shoulder.

"then I'll just read with you."

He scanned the pages with his eyes while I kept reading them. I finished the chapter and closed the book.

"finally, I thought it would never end."

I smiled at him and pecked him on the lips.

"hey, you have a phone right?"
