ashley's pov:

as we drove out of the airport mrs.polibio and gianluca made small talk asking about my family and just general questions to get to know me better. i also learned some stuff about them as well which was cool. she told me she had an older son around my age as well but he was busy with soccer practice.

we soon arrived and mrs.polibio helped me take my luggage out.

we walked towards the front door and she unlocked it. we walked in.

mrs.polibio: MATTIII COME UPSTAIRS
she yelled.

a few seconds later and tall, tan boy come up.

mrs.polibio:this is mattia, and mattia this is aahley
she said introducing us to eachother.

ashley:hi nice to meet you
i said.

mattia:hey
he said dryly.

he was lowkey fine ngl but i ignored that.

mr.polibio:you must be ashley
a middle aged man with a thick accent said walking out of a room.

ashley:hi yes!

mr.polibio:nice to meet you, im mr.polibio
he said smiling.

mrs.polibio:your going to have to share a room with mattia we were supposed to get our guest bedroom remodeled but it got postponed, if you don't mind

ashley:oh okay, that's fine, as long as that works for everyone i don't want to be a inconvenience
i said chuckling a bit.

mrs.polibio:oh no this isn't a inconvenience at all, im sure mattias okay with this as well
she said looking at mattia.

mattia:yeah sure
he said.

mrs.polibio:mattia why don't you show ashley where she'll be staying
she suggested.

mattia:alright
he said grabbing one of my bags and signaling to follow him. i quickly grabbed my other bag and we started walking down some stairs.

we walked into a huge basement with led lights on the walls.

ashley:this is much bigger then my room back home
i said laughing.

mattia:just so you know it does get cold down here but there's some extra blankets in that cabinet
he said.

ashley:okay

mattia:so you'll be taking my bed for now and then ill just be on the couch next to the bed

ashley:i feel bad for taking your bed
i said.

mattia:it's whatever
he said.

we had just had dinner and i walking downstairs to take a shower.

i went into my suitcase and took out all of my shower necessities and my towel.

i heard the shower already running so i just sat on the bed and waited. i was just on the phone when mattia walked out of the bathroom.

he was just in his towel, still dripping water.

ashley:shit, sorry ill go upstairs
i said quickly getting up.

mattia:it's fine I'll go back into the bathroom
he said laughing.

i felt my cheeks getting red from embarrassment.

a few minutes later mattia came out and i went in.

i waited for the water to heat up and then hopped into the shower.

once i was done showering, i got changed into my pajamas:

i brushed my teeth and did my skin care routine and then walked out of the bathroom.

mattia:oh that dressers empty if you wanna put your clothes in it

kimberly:oh cool, thanks

mattia:no problem
he said.

i put opened up my suitcases and started unpacking my stuff.

i was just putting my clothes away when i say mattia running around the room.

ashley:what's wrong
i said laughing.

mattia:i can't get past this fucking level
he said sitting back down at his desk.

ashley:what game is it?

mattia:fifa, you play?

ashley:yeah, let me see
i said walking closer to him.

he handed me the controller.

i started playing a few minutes later the game ended.

mattia:how the fuck did you do that
he said shocked.

ashley:that was easy as fuck
i said laughing and walking back to the other side of the room.

mattia:no it wasn't
he said still shocked.

i went back to unpacking while mattia went back to playing fifa...
