ashley's pov:

we sat there for a while, in a peaceful silence.

that's when mattia broke the silence..

mattia:ive been thinking for a while now, i like you
he said.

my mind went blank. my whole world stopped.

mattia:please say something
he said a few minutes later.

ashley:i like you too, a lot
i said watching a huge smile appear on his face.

mattia:really?!
he said all excited.

ashley:yes
i said smiling.

he gently cupped my face and pulled me in for a kiss.

i smiled as we went in.

we pulled away and chuckled.

mattia:you don't know how long ive been waiting for this moment
he said.

ashley:don't worry i know
i said making us both laugh.

ashley:if you don't mind, i wanna take it slow

mattia:yeah for sure, let's not tell anyone yet?
he said and i nodded.

ashley:yup that's fine with me
i said smiling.

we spent the next hour or so just sitting there and watching the sunset. as we watched we talked once in a while.

it was starting to get darker so we headed back home....
