"So where are we going?" I asked . He then told me we were going to Houghton Skatepark. I think i've been there before, but then again there's a lot of skateparks in Compton so I'm not really sure. "Wanna try riding my skateboard?" Steven asked while we were walking to the skatepark. "No! Ill fall on my ass" i said laughing . "Come on , just try . Please, for me?" Steven said laughing, and then put a "puppy dog face" expression on his face . "Hah , you're funny. But fine just this one time" i said . He put his skateboard down , and i put one foot on it . When i pushed off with my left foot, he grabbed my waist. Why was he grabbing my waist? "Don't worry I'm just trying to help you keep your balance" he said. I didn't say anything because i felt really awkward . I ended up falling and walking next to Steven while he skateboarded. As we were walking, he was making really stupid , but funny jokes while i laughed. "Your laugh is so cute" Steven said, laughing. I laughed a little while saying thanks but also blushed ALOT and stayed quiet. Ugh this is so awkward i don't even know him that much.
About 8 minutes later we got to the park. We sat down on the bench, but he sat down a little too close to me, and i awkwardly scooted over a bit. "Aren't you gunna go skate?" I asked looking down. He didn't answer. I looked up and there he was staring at my with that cute smile of his. "Uh, Steven?" I asked.
