On a mountain, in the depths of a forest. Held a great and powerful aura that came from its peak. Many races know that is where the "True Dragon" of the world resides. However, unknown to many, instead of one creature living at the peak of that mountain range, it became home to two.

Dragon's POV

The baby slime(my little brother) had stopped crying. This poor child is now hugging me, refusing to let go. I mean I don't mind that he is hugging me so much, but it has been about 5 minutes. To be honest I'm starting to feel a little uncomfortable now. I got an idea, I'll just change the subject since earlier the slime was happy when eating.

"Hey hey, we've been hugging for a bit now. How about we start eating the meat I cooked, I'll warm it up again. You said you liked it earlier, so let's eat together. After all, eating together with someone always makes it better, how about it."

My little brother then looked up at me with a thankful face. AHHHH MY GOD! THIS BABY IS JUST TOO ADORABLE! I then put the slime next to me on a lump of meat and started eating next to it.

Slime POV

Big brother is sitting next to me in what he called "human form". I still don't understand what that means. As I chewed? Absorbed? Ate the food, I felt a happy and satisfied feeling emulating throughout my body. On top of that, there was an easier air that I felt next to my brother. It was like I could ease my mind, but not be in anything scary or dangerous. 

After I finished, I said in a happy voice, "Thank you, big brother." I then jumped on his head, he grabbed me and started hugging me in his arms. He put his back on the floor, and I didn't do anything because it felt good somehow.

Great Sage:<<Alert: Your brother has given you the skill known as Sleep Mode. You are now able to sleep, it's a way to rest and replenish strength mentally and physically. Though while in this state, you are vulnerable for hours.>>

'Huh? But if big brother is with me, I don't need to worry. Great Sage please activate sleep mode.' As I gave the task, I slowly felt feeling hazy and exhausted.

Great Sage:<<Alert: this is the effect of the ability Sleep Mode, I shall wait for you to wake up master.>>

That was the last thing I heard before I woke up.

The Next Day

Dragon: Oh, you're finally awake, how did your first sleep feel.

I looked at him filled with relief and replenished strength, happiness came from all over my body. "It feels really good to wake up! I feel like I could slide down the mountain and up!" I exclaimed.

Dragon: Woah Woah there brother, don't do anything too crazy now. Anyways do you want some food? I just got done hunting and cooking the meat.

I then sighted to where he was looking. I saw juicy brown-colored meat, cut into small pieces with some sort of juice oozing out of it. It was in some sort of round brown thing will a huge opening at the top. 'It looks so yummy~. I want it I want it.' I thought. water started oozing out of my front while looking at this.
