SECOND INTERVIEW

Byeol sat at the vanity, getting her makeup touched up as the group prepared for an interview.

Hoseok stood at the doorway, zooming in on the girl. "How are you feeling?"

"Excited, but nervous." She didn't look at him, holding still for her makeup artist. Once she was done, she made quick eye contact with the camera, smiling, before looking in the mirror. "Thank you."

"Look at you." Hoseok zoomed in on her. "So pretty."

Byeol winked at the camera, turning away soon after as she hid her face from embarrassment.

°Different Scenario°

Byeol sat to the far left of her group, closer to the MCs as they introduced the group.

"Hello, we are.." Namjoon started the introduction.

"Bantan!" They bowed, clapping soon after before waving at the cameras.

"We wanted to start today's interview with asking how you were, Byeol?" The host directed their attention to the female.

The girl smiled. "I've been well. I know that my health is important so ARMY doesn't worry, and the boys help me stay healthy as well."

"Is it possible for you to tell us the reason behind your hiatus?"

"I'm not comfortable saying anything yet, but just know that the bad never lasts."

"I'm glad to hear that." The host smiled. "Now about the comeback." They looked down at their cards. "I know I'm focusing on Byeol, but I promise I will get to everyone." They chuckled. "Tell us about your preparation for this comeback."

"We debuted with a darker mood, but for Just One Day, we had to bring out a bit of a softer image, so I wore a skirt. And dancing with a skirt wasn't difficult for this song, but if it were on my debut, I would be really uncomfortable."

"That's understandable." The host the directed their attention to Jungkook. "Continuing Byeol's comparison of image, how was performing Just One Day?"

Jungkook smiled, fixing his posture, getting a quiet laugh from the female beside him. "It was a much slower song compared to the upbeat of our previous songs. It was a nice change of image."

They continued talking about the comeback, and before ending the interview, the host asked for Byeol to do aegyo.

She turned away from the camera, pretending to take something out of her hair before making a finger heart, smiling at the camera before the group bowed and dismissed themselves.

°Different Scenario°

Byeol sat on the couch, eating popcorn as she watched a movie.

"Byeol-ah!" She heard Jin call from the kitchen. She put her bowl down and made her way to the kitchen, almost bumping into the wall as she was distracted by the movie. "Oh!" She laughed nervously.

Jin chuckled, shaking his head. "Want ice cream?" He held out a mango flavored bar.

"Thank you." She beamed at the treat before heading back to the couch, pushing Taheyung away from her space with her feet as she laid down.

"What flavor is that?" Jimin walked into the living room.

Byeol held up the ice cream. "Mango." She said before feeling a slight pull. "It's good right?"

Jimin gave her a thumbs up before walking away.

"Can I have some?" Taehyung asked, sitting up.

Byeol rolled her eyes playfully before holding the bar out to him. He took a bite before covering his mouth.

"Why would you do that?" Byeol laughed loudly, both of them unaware that Jin and Yoongi took a picture and video of them.

"Her energy is rubbing off on everyone." Jin commented.

"She was a nice addition to the group." Yoongi smiled, looking down at the picture.

They looked like normal children, living out a regular childhood, even if it was for a few moments.
