BTS 8th Member [HIATUS]

COMEBACK

Byeol sat with Jungkook, who sat on the floor of the practice room.

"I'm glad to have you back." Jungkook turned to her, smiling as he placed an arm around her.

"I never left." Byeol chuckled, leaning her head against his shoulder as she looked across the room, where Yoongi slept. "We should sleep too." She smiled, standing up. Byeol walked over to Yoongi, laying down instantly.

Jungkook followed, but he just took a seat. Taehyung and Jimin then walked into the room as soon as Byeol started to doze off.

Jungkook motioned for the older males to stay quiet as Yoongi and Byeol rested, but the silence and rest wouldn't last long as Namjoon entered the room with papers in hand.

"Here are the lyrics." He announced, waking up Byeol but not Yoongi.

"We're having a comeback already?" Byeol asked, slightly zoned out.

"Yes, and we can't rest if we're going to make it big." Namjoon was energized, and that energy transferred to the rest of the group, except the sleeping male.

Byeol decided to risk it and shake Yoongi awake. "Hyung," she whispered, "lets go work." She was ready to run if she successfully woke him up.

Yoongi opened an eye, looking directly at Byeol. "Come back when it's my turn." He said before rolling to his side and going back to sleep.

Byeol's eyes widened in surprise as she slowly walked to the recording studio.

"You would've died if you woke up Yoongi hyung, right?" She whispered, leaning towards Taehyung.

The male looked at her, giving her a confused nod.

"Everyone has a soft spot for you. You know that, right?" Namjoon then started whispering. "You're our little sister."

Byeol smiled shyly, looking down as she clasped her hands together.

°Change of Scene°

The lights dimmed as the group got into position.

This time around, Byeol wore a skirt to follow the soft theme of the song.

Namjoon spoke during the intro and soon Yoongi started rapping.

Byeol sang sofly in the background as Jungkook sung.

Her lines were mostly adlibs as she was still in the recovery process, but she still enjoyed being on stage in front of their fans. And despite the blinding lights and ear piece, she saw and heard the crowds cheers.

When they all finished, they bowed in unison before speaking.

"Thank you for waiting for us." Namjoon bowed again.

He then gestured at Byeol, who had gotten a speech she prepared earlier from a staff member.

She cleared her throat before speaking. "I want to thank you all for the support during this past few months. Although I'm still not at my best, I promise to take care of myself in order to become better."

Everyone clapped as she reached for the end of Jin's sweater and they were dismissed.

Once backstage, Byeol ate what their manager prepared for her after she changed.

As she ate, Taehyung approached her with a camera, a playful smile on his face.

"How do you feel about being back on stage?" He asked her, sitting in front of her.

"I feel alive." She sighed in relief.

Recovery was going well, and she stopped forcing  herself to eat as it had become tiring.

"Can I try?" Taehyung gestured at the food,

Byeol fed him and smiled widely as she saw his reaction.

The food tasted like a 5-star dish.

"Woah..." Taehyung was left in awe.

"Come try this, hyung." She looked at each of her members, shaking her fist in excitement as she waited to share.

"Make sure you eat all your meals." She smiled at the camera before turning her attention to her hyungs. "Please enjoy."

°Change of Scene°

Byeol sat on a chair in front of a few cameras.

She seemed more energetic and bright.

"--so as I recorded my solo scenes, my hyungs would pop up unexpectedly with food." She spoke. "But then I started noticing something in their visits."

She laughed before she continued the small talk.

"They would visit with food I craved at the moment. And I was later told that our manager would text them an order."

"What has been your top pick?" Someone behind the camera asked.

"Different types of fruits." She fixed her hair as she explained. "You can eat a lot without getting full so easily. But if I had a top top pick, it would definitely be food I have with my members because it's lively. And I'm not alone anymore."

I don't remember the last time I updated this story, but I can't believe I'm at 1k reads already!!

I'm glad you stuck this long, but updates will still be slow because I like to procrastinate.

But who has started school and wants it to finish already? Because same.

I'm talking a lot, but whatever.

I SWEAR CHAPTERS WILL BE LONGER!! I'm trying to write at least 3.5k words, but ideas are running dry. If you would like to see something happen, don't be afraid to comment!
