BTS 8th Member [HIATUS]

DEBUT

"It's your turn." a staff member announced, the room filled with silence. Until Namjoon broke it. "We'll do great." he said, and the members followed him.

Once on stage, everyone got into position and gave the signal. When the lights turned on, gasps and whispers were heard. After all, it was the first time anyone was seeing Kim Byeol.

The song started and cheers were heard all over the place. There was a huge contrast between Byeol's voice and the boys', but they complimented each other. People had the feeling that this would bring them far.

"Thank you for your support so far. Today, we have officially added our 8th member, Kim Byeol. Please give her the same love you give us." Namjoon introduced the female. As all of them were lined up, it was clear that she was the shortest member and had a petite frame.

"It's my first day as a member of BangtanSonyeondan. I know it was unexpected, but please accept me as part of this group from now on." Byeol said, bowing as she was close to tears.

Everyone was backstage comforting an emotional Byeol. She was crying pure tears of joy when a camera was placed in front of her. "Any message you want to share?" Jimin asked her, whom was holding the camera.

"I want to thank Bang Si-hyuk for letting me debut and ARMY for welcoming me into the group." Byeol repeatedly bowed, making the staff laugh as they tried to dry her tears.

It took a while for her to calm down and get her makeup fixed. She was then led to a different changing room and given another fit of a stage outfit. When the members were all done getting ready, they got inside 2 vans and drove to another recording, where the same reaction was seen from fans.

This kept going on for about 6 hours, as there were 2 performances per stage. There was no break in between, and Byeol would have to get used to this new schedule. In the end, Byeol stayed in her last stage outfit of black shorts, a white shirt that was tucked in and a tie, her brown hair loose.

They were then driven to their fanmeet, where the group was seated in age order, Byeol being the last on the line. As she waited to talk to the fan, she waved and smiled at the ARMYs that were seated in front.

"Byeol-ah!" a fan yelled, earning a big smile from mentioned idol. "You're so pretty!" another fan yelled, receiving a shy nod from Byeol. She was complimented and saw a few of her fansites, waving at them.

When the fan stepped in front of her, Byeol reached for her hand and then fan took it, interlocking fingers. "How do you feel after debuting?" the fan asked, smiling as she handed Byeol gifts.

"Emotional. And I will work hard to have you guys be proud of me." Byeol said. She was signing the fan's album when Byeol felt something on her head. It was a flower crown, given to her by the fan.

A staff member tried to stop her but Byeol intercepted. "Fighting!" the fan yelled, holding up her fist as she walked away. Now there was a fanboy in front of her. As she was signing his CD, she looked up at the staff who stood beside her.

The fanboy was casually talking, asking Byeol personal questions she refused to answer. "Why are you so rude?" he spat, taking Byeol and the staff by surprise. But the staff quickly recovered and got the boy away from Byeol.

"Byeol unnie, do you call the guys oppa?" a young girl asked. Gretting the fan in front of her and then looking at the the fan that asked, Byeol said, "No. I prefer calling them hyung because it's something I prefer and it's not common."

"We actually talked about it. And we're fine with her calling us that.. It's nice seeing a change in customs." Jin said, smiling. Jimin then took the mic, now out of his seat. "Now, why doesn't she show us some aegyo?" he smirked.

Byeol looked at Namjoon, trying to get out of it. Namjoon just smiled, giving her a small nod. And so Byeol ended up doing aegyo. "She's really cute." Jin said before Byeol could start.

"Why are you saying that?" Byeol said in a high voice. She then held up a peace sign up to her face, her cheeks puffing out slightly as she held back a laugh. In the end, she ended up laughing.

"I told you." Jin chuckled. Byeol hid her face, embarrassed. "Anyway, thank you for coming today." The group stood up in front of the table and bowed. They then left the room, going out the back door and getting inside the vans.

"Should we go eat something?" Byeol asked, sitting in the van with the Maknae line. "We have food prepared already." a staff member said as they headed to a restaurant.

Before she could eat, Byeol was sent to the restroom to change into more comfortable clothes. When she was done, she was ready to eat. "Thank you for the food." the group said and then ate.

Taehyung was recording and he focused on Byeol. "Luna, are you happy about food?" he asked, calling Byeol by her stage name. Instead of talking, she did a small dance, happily eating.

"Wah, she's good." Hoseok praised, earning a shy smile from Byeol. The recording continued, but it was just a casual day to them as they talked and enjoyed the food.

After an hour or so, they were driven to the dorms to rest before they started recording once again. But this time, for their own channel, BANGTANTV.
