"Rite of passage, classic maverick.

Match in the gas tank, that's wretched.

Unstoppable legendary animal."

Changbin kept having the same type of dream for several nights. There was always a man standing or sitting by his window, someone whose face he couldn't see properly in the dark. In some dreams, he would just look at the moon through the glass window, with the night breeze swaying his hair. In other ones he danced, and those were the most agonizing ones. Changbin could barely stand to just watch him as he moved like it was the last time he was dancing in is life.

That person was still a puzzle the investigator couldn't quite put together. He had figured out who the man might be, or so he thought he did. The white ribbon, the person in the dance studio, every single evidence seemed to point at the same direction. But there was no explanation for why those dreams kept happening. Why Changbin from all the people?

The more contact he had with the case, the more the officer got obsessed with the mysterious man. He wanted to see his face, to know his name...touch him, feel him. At some point, Changbin started to wonder if he was still being faithful to his job as an investigator. That man was a criminal, after all.

The police officers were back at the conference room, sharing the new information about the arsonist's case. In the past week, Felix and his part of the team couldn't find any relevant information about the evidence material, but Changbin was sure he was on the right track searching on the dance studios.

Following the plan, all the men who shared the same characteristics with the criminal were called to make a DNA test, and now they had the results. Unfortunately, yet no one was compatible with the sample Seungmin had.

"Right, so none of the tests match our guy?". Changbin sighed and sat back in his chair, eyes focused on a random place at the wall behind Seungmin.

"Yep, that's exactly and literally what I just said, Changbin. Good observation."

Seungmin had a tired-looking face while he was talking to the group, his hair a mess, as if he had pulled on it. The exhaustion of the past days of overwork running DNA tests didn't put the man in his best behavior. The sleepless nights were making him easily irritable and slightly passive-aggressive to his coworkers.

"O...kay. Someone needs to chill", Jeongin said lowly, looking down at the wooden table. The teenager didn't want to make the situation worse, but it was almost impossible for him not to tease his senior. Seungmin just glared at the youngest of the group, while Jeongin pretended not even being there.
