Nessa POV

TW: Smoking and profanity

Tom was staring down Draco and Emmy. He was beyond mad, no, he was pissed. For the fun of it, I didn't say anything. I knew it was Draco. He always smoke in front of me. Tom smoked but he'd send Emmy away while he did it.

Tom POV

I was going to kill them both. How dare he fucking let her smoke. Nessa got up and sat beside Draco. She didn't seem fazed at all. She slowly turned Draco towards her and pull the box out of his jacket. She didn't lite it but she took one out. She throw it at me and laughed. I looked at Emmy and then back at Nessa. Then at Draco, he was smirking. So was Nessa. Nessa raised her eyebrows.

"Draco, why the fuck would you give her one?" He was about to say something when Nessa look at Emmy. She looked like she was going to cry. Nessa got up and hit Draco and I in the back of the head. Then took Emmy to her room.

Nessa POV

I shut the door to Emmys dorm and sat her on the bed. Before I could even speak, there was a knock, and Draco came in.

"Hey, Em, Tom wants to speak with you." I could tell Draco felt guilty.

Emmy took her palms off her face and wiped her tears. Her face looked puffy and red, especially her nose. Her eye bags look just a little darker and so did her eyes. I looked at Draco, he was staring at her. I'm more than sure Draco didn't mean for this to happen. She got off the bed, and walk towards the door.

Emmy POV

I walked towards the door, but before I could open the door. Draco grabbed my elbow and hugged me. I felt bad, that he felt bad. It wasn't his fault, really. I'm just sensitive. I hugged him back. He let go, and looked at me.

"I didn't mean any of this, I'm truly sorry Em." I shook my head no.

"No, no. It isn't you fault Draco." I gave him a smile and left the room. I walked down the stairs to the common room. I saw Tom sitting on the couch. I was a little scared he was still mad, but I walked in, and stood in front of him.

"Come here." He said. I hesitated first, but walked over to him anyway.

"I'm sorry for yelling, you know that? Draco told me, what happen." I was looking every where excepts from him.

"Look at me, when I'm talking to you Emmy." I look at him.

"Why were you crying, hmm?" He asked

"I hate when people yell, especially you and Draco. And, I hate you being mad at me. Or even in general." I explained. Tom didn't say anything , he put my head on his shoulder and than put his head on top.

"Can I tell you something?" Tom said

"Anything."

"I want you."

"You have me."
