1. Person A casually mentions to Person B what they want for Christmas. Come Christmas morning, Person B has given an overabundance on what Person A told them.

It was the middle of November, on a windy day that made them stay inside. Kanade and Iroha sat on the couch together, curled up around each other as they watched one of their favourite animes, 'Angels of Death'. It was the perfect mixture of dark, cute, and funny to suit their tastes.

As they watched Rachel and Zack go through Eddie's floor, Kanade looked over at her girlfriend, who was resting against her chest. God, her blissed-out little face was so cute, she wanted to marry the painter so bad. But she had to wait, just in case Iroha wasn't ready yet.

"Hey, Iroha? Christmas is coming up soon." The guitarist casually mentioned. "Do you have anything in mind?"

"Huh? It's the middle of November, isn't it too early to ask?" Iroha inquired.

"I'm more worried that I might have to go far away for a concert tour and not be able to see you on Christmas. I'm just being careful, that's all." Kanade explained regretfully. "Anyway, back to the original question. What are you thinking of?"

"Well, um..." The painter hummed. "I am kinda running out of pencil crayons. They help me outline what colours in a sketch to use in a painting, and they're nearly nubs now..."

"Alright, I'll keep that in mind." The smaller girl gently kissed the top of her partner's head, a enamoured smile on her face.

"Y-You really don't have to get me anything though, I haven't had many Christmases when I was with my family." Iroha quickly added. "I-I'm really happy that you've decided not to give up on me like everyone else has, that's the only gift I need."

"Bullshit." was the only thing that Kanade replied, holding her girlfriend tighter and continuing to watch the anime.

Thankfully for them, Melody Rhythm's tours were over long before the week before Christmas. Iroha was beyond overjoyed that she would get to be with her girlfriend for Christmas and was practically plastered to her side ever since she came back. Kanade loved to see the cute smile that Iroha had, and she wanted to preserve it for as long as she could.

On Christmas morning, Kanade was woken up by her girlfriend's alarm clock and the lack of warmth as Iroha rushed out of bed to go see what was under the tree. Kanade groggily stumbled after her, planning to return to bed as soon as the gifts were opened and they had breakfast.

Kanade heard a loud gasp from the living room and smiled. Iroha must have found the gifts on her side of the tree. The guitarist stepped into the living room and spotted the absolute pile on Iroha's side of the tree, massive compared to the few on Kanade's side. The gifts to Iroha weren't just from her Kanade, they were also from her found family and her other friends. But with the amount of presents Kanade got her, she might as well have separated it into another pile.

Kanade sleepily fell onto the couch as Iroha began opening her massive amount of gifts. "Y-You got me my pencil crayons?! Thank you so much!" She called over, making the guitarist smile. A few seconds later, she heard another cry. "Fueeeeh?! A new, palette, new paints, paper, different kinds of pens, and even more...! How did you get all of this stuff?!"

"I went into Michaels and bought a bunch of things I thought you'd like. I know you liked painting, but I know that you also want to draw manga. So, I got you things for both!" The guitarist chirped. "I hope you like them! Merry Christmas!"

"I-I do like them, thank you! But this must have been very expensive..." Iroha looked back at the supplies. "Please tell me there was a sale at Michaels..." When she got no response, the painter gulped. "Th-There...was a sale, right?"

"Iroha, love, did you forget how much I make in a year as a pop singer in Melody Rhythm?" Kanade giggled. "There wasn't a sale, I just went and picked out things I thought you might like. It barely put a dent in my wallet. Hell, I could take you to the mall and do a shopping spree if it weren't closed today."

Iroha looked at her in shock for a few seconds. Seizing the opportunity, the smaller girl lunged and tackled the painter into a hug. "Fueeeh?!" Iroha cried out, then settled down and started giggling as Kanade began to nuzzle her.

"Aah, you're so cute..." The guitarist murmured, almost obsessively. "I love you so much..."
