Y/N turned and awkwardly filled a glass water for Jungwon and slid it on the table as he smiled at her.
Thanks to her, he was safe in being a cat and was fed in being a boy. His eyes twinkling and the girl found herself having to force her gaze elsewhere.
However, Jungwon was feeling guilty as well while his stomach was slowly beginning to release the aching pains. He hated how he had become thinner, he could feel it when he sat down how bony he'd grown from being up there in the rooftop for three nights.
At the time he hoped he would just die and be forgotten about, he was actually in the process of crying to himself because of those who will he left behind until Y/N discovered him. Which he already had a mixed feelings on.
"So you're not really a cat?", Y/N inquired but still kept a light-hearted charm to keep him calm.
"Y-yes", he blurted suddenly, picking at the hem of his white clothes that wasn't familiar to him and it needed a good washing, "I'm sorry"
"For what?", Y/N asked, a crease in her brow.
"For having you to worry about me..", Jungwon swallowed thickly, avoiding her interested eyes, "I didn't even know why I became a cat-", he was getting choked up about the sentence and she could instantly tell.
"It's fine", she interrupted even though inside it was hard to digest the existence of the boy before her.
Jungwon even looked at her with some unidentifiable emotions and she wondered what was going on in his mind.
"I'm just glad you're safe. I will not kick you out here and you're more than welcome to stay unless you need me to call someone?"
He covered a weak smile and shake his head, "I don't know if I can return to them..."
"Why? Are you abandon by your family?", Y/N asked hesitantly.
Jungwon sighed and started to eat a bit. He stared hard at the plate while thinking how to explain to her how scary it would be to transform in a cat out of a sudden in front of his fans. How would he even explain to his co-members of why he had gone missing?
It would probably overwhelm them to process that their leader is shifting back into a human then to a cat and into a human again. He can't handle reaching out to them, for now he needs to gain strength before he can decide what to do.
"So do you want to stay here for the meantime?", Y/N nudged his hand.
He looked at her with wide eyes at the suggestion, "No, no, I can't -"
