"He's waking up, guys", Jungwon rolled on to his side and forced his eyes to open, only to shut them and grimaced from the invading light, blinding him momentarily.
He went to rub his eyes only to have his paws swipe at him, he had shifted again? When did that happen?
He suddenly adjusted on the surface he was curled on, a lap.
When he tilted his head upward and squinted his eyes, it focused on the familiar mint green hair of Y/N as it falls to the side of her face as she looked down at him.
His head tilted shuffling in the room and saw his hyungs passing a wary glances between each other. Wobbly, he stood to his paws and only to have Y/N pressing him closer to her as she noticed his lack of balance.
Before anyone could speak, he flinched at the sound of a loud voice that he can only placed to their youngest. He realized they were at their dorm in beige couches. How did they start to invite Y/N? That was a mystery for now.
"Noona! Is he awake? There is someone I wish for him to meet"
He looked up and blinked at Niki who grinned down at him, a cheerful charm that seemed to distinguished the tension in seconds for everyone else regarding that Y/N is still practically a stranger to them.
"Sunoo, bring her over to me", he bellowed and Jungwon looked over him.
He had to prop himself up with his paws to peer over Niki's shoulder at their peach boy throwing a smile in his way. In his arms, he cradled a white ball of fur and when that ball of fur moved, he didn't take his eyes off of it.
Suddenly overwhelmed by the need to call his pet, he let out a desperate meow and the puppy looked up from Sunoo's arms, it's eyes narrowed and scanned the room before locking onto a white kitten.
"Your owner is now a cat, Maeumi", Jungwon heard Sunoo murmur but he was too busy being dumbfounded at the reaction of his dog.
Maeumi is now digging her paws into Sunoo's arms covered by a pink-colored shirt and the boy let out a grunt and holding her a distance away from the cat but she only looked past his head and glared at the kitten.
"Oh shoot, this wasn't a good idea", Jay tried to back Sunoo away but Niki simply lay a hand on his shoulder and steered his favorite hyung closer.
"Nonsense! She must recognized her small adorable owner even in that miniature form!"
Jungwon's body went stiff and he was ready to snarl at their maknae for calling him small but he can't say anything, of course, other than an annoyed meow.
