Y/N stepped back when the screeching stranger jumped out of the water and came running towards her. In a flash, Jungwon's back obscured her view and his voice darkened even though she couldn't really see his expression.
"I suggest you pick yourself up and leave this instant. Before I call to my company and have them order a lawsuit against you for invading a minor's privacy"
It was silent for a moment before the fan stepped away from him and scampered out of the large garden they were standing in.
"Jungwon, that was childish of me. I'm sorry", Y/N's voice was a bit shaky as she looked down feeling small for such an act.
What if she manage to provoke the fan further by pushing her like that? She don't even know the girl and it felt weird to be scared for Jungwon's standing in front of his fans.
She heard him turn before he let out a soft chuckle, "You scold yourself far more than I do. If anything, you deserve my thanks for scaring her off away from me"
Her brows creased as she looked up at him in confusion, so Jungwon elaborated, "Had I not been such an idol, I would've push her in but I couldn't risk tarnishing my reputation as one"
Y/N's lip tugged up, "And here I thought you were a gentle cat"
"They were just too much sometimes and you can't help but be annoyed"
She let out a giggle and covered her hand over her mouth when he stepped forward and lightly took it from her face then he stops to stare closer at her.
Y/N stopped laughing and felt awkward when he let out a smile, so gentle there's his dimple out for her to appreciate.
"I appreciate what you did for me, Y/N, I really do"
The girl gulped, "It - it was nothing, really, um but -", he let her hand slip from his as she stumbled over her words, "I heard a lot and I think you shouldn't have to hear it when she doesn't know -"
"If you're ready to listen, I can tell you my story", she blinked up at Jungwon in surprise. He wanted to tell her more about it?
She inhaled carefully and nodded, "Sure"
