Mate, huh?

chapter 9

(still) Aqualisa's POV

                Jay was picking me up when Tommy walked in and started laughing like a mad-man. Jeremy and I exchanged a look, neither of us understanding why he was laughing. That is until Jeremy turned around facing Tommy instead of me. Then I saw his ripped pants showing his boxers on his bottom. Once again I was laughing and I fell from a squat position I was in since Jeremy never actually picked me up from the floor because of Tommy’s intrusion. But this time when I fell I made a loud sound causing commotion in the house, both my mates looked down at me worriedly before they had broken out laughing at all my glory.

The strange thing is… I didn’t even notice Maria coming into the kitchen this time. We were all laughing and I finally got up when Maya and M.J. came in hand in hand. Which made my smile even wider.

M.J.’s POV

                “Uncle Tom!” I yelled on top of my lungs while carefully putting Maya down and then running to him. My mom and aunt Aqua took each other’s hands and lowered themselves so before I was able to stop I fell on my butt, who would say those two crazy grandmas were strong enough to stop me in my tracks just by intertwining their hands and using them like a rod before my feet.

                While I was getting up I heard my mate’s laughter. That little… she better not be laughing at me. Her action stopped my previous plan and I just waved to Tom and started chasing her around the house.

                For such a little girl she had a lot more energy then I presumed. Not only that, she was faster than I anticipated though she wasn’t fast enough. I caught her when she was making a turn before entering the kitchen again. I tackled her and started tickling her.

Once I decided she had enough I went into the kitchen leaving her on the floor still laughing. When I came in everybody, except aunty Aqua, was staring in shock, she, on the other hand, was smiling with a proud look in her eyes.

Next thing I know I was feeling tingles on my shoulders. I didn’t even have time to recognize why do the tingles seem so familiar, because Maya was suddenly seated on my shoulders tapping my head with her tiny hands like if she was playing a drum.

At this point everybody in the room was laughing, that is except for me, I was furious, but I let it slide. I knew I will get my revenge soon enough.

I know it's really short but I promise I will make it up to you. I hope you enjoy it, and I'll hopefully start writing more interasting and eventful chapters soon. Also I just found out my big brothers baby won't be a girl, but a boy and truth to be told it makes me really happy... anyways I love you very very very much. I hope you will have enough patience with me until I get to the "good part".
