Tough Love

You and Sam are in the car. Dean went to go talk to his ex-girlfriend, Lisa Braeden.
"So, this is probably weird for you, since your Dean's girlfriend" Sam says with a nervous laugh.
"Ehh, not really. Just wish we could get out of here as soon as possible. This neighborhood freaks me out." You say, biting you fingers with a shy smile pasted on your face. You and Sam talk for a while, telling jokes and thinking about what might be to come. Then you hear gunshots. Sam's reflexes are spot-on, as you watch him dart out of the car and straight through the front door. Your not sure if you should stay in the safety of the Impala, or go help. You decide back and fourth, until you realize that by the time you actually make the decision, Sam would've already taken care of it. You see the front door kicked open, with two people carrying Dean. You immediately open the door, with tears running from your eyes.
"He got shot. We need to get to the nearest hospital." Sam shouts, but Dean insists on not going.
"Sammy, I'm suppose to be dead. Remember?" Dean says with the ring of pain in his voice. You're crying, not sure what happened, or how it happened. You don't care, as long as your Dean will be ok. You're holding his head, telling him he's going to be fine.
There are three gun shot wounds, one in his legs, one in his stomach, and one in his chest. Then Cas appears.
"What happened?" Cas says, with his strict, emotionless voice.
"Gabriel" Dean says, while blacking out. Cas's face turns confused, worried and angry, all at once.
" Can you fix him?!" you scream at Cas, as your being cradled in Sam's arm's.
"Yes, calm down." A bright light starts to appear form Cas's hand, and the bullets are pulled out and the wounds close up, revealing Dean's gorgeous skin. You leave Sam, and grab for Dean's hand. You're so happy that Dean is okay.
"He'll need to rest for today." Cas says, and disappears. You helped Dean onto Lisa's couch.

You go into check on Dean a little later. All of you are staying at Lisa's house to stay with Dean. You start walking into the room with a cold glass of water. As you go around the corner, the appearance of Cas surprises you. He is sitting with Dean, holding his hand. You're not sure if Dean knows this is happened, because Dean is sleeping. Cas looks as he is about to leave. He sits up, kisses Dean on the forehead, and then disappears. In shock, you run over to Dean. He wakes up, and asks you if you just kissed him on the forehead.
"Uhhh, yeah sweetie" you said with a stutter in your voice. He smiles and then grabs for your hand and pulls you on top of him. He falls asleep right away, but you can't help but think about what Cas just did.
