"Kang Miyeon."

"That's the name of your soulmate Mingi," The doctor told him

"Kang Miyeon, a pretty name for my pretty soulmate!" Mingi smiled while showing his gummy smile

"You can be released now, if you ever get sick or have any accidences, please do tell the doctors and nurses about your heart," The doctor looks at Mingi and his parents

Miyeon wakes up on the hospital bed

Eyes blinking, a torchlight shining through her pupil to see if she's alive

"what happened?" Miyeon get up from the bed to see her parents and friends

"What's your name," The doctor asked

"Uhh Kang Miyeon," She answered

"What year are you born in?"

"1999."

"When is your birthday?"

"5th May, it was like 6 months ago?" 

"Kang Miyeon, we did some checks on you and we come to find that you and your soulmate are finally connected," The doctor said

Her eyes widen

"What type of connection do we have?" Miyeon excitedly asked

"You and your soulmate's heartbeat beat to each other's name in morse code," The doctor said

"So you know the name of my soulmate?"

"We check and the name of your soulmate is Song Mingi."

"Do you know which hospital he's in?" Miyeon asked

The doctor looked at the nurse that was next to him

"We do but that's pretty confidential," the nurse said

"His name is the only thing we can tell you about him," The doctor said

"We are going to let you out in 2 hours, later on, you may leave," He said

After 2 hours

Her friends left since they still had school to attend. Miyeon and her parents took the lift and walked past the reception, walking past someone that could potentially be her soulmate.

At 7:00 AM

"Song Mingi huh??"

Nayoung said through to video call 

"Yeah I like how you two are connected by heartbeats," Minjeong said

"The doctor told me that I'm connected by cuts and I thought it will be easier to find but I digress," Nayoung said

Ok, so its time to know Nayoung's soulmate story:

Lee Nayoung and her soulmate fainted on Nayoung's birthday which was on the 9th of July. While in the hospital, the doctors and nurses come to find a cut on Nayoung's wrist.

They went to check on her parents and friends to see if Nayoung was suicidal and they say she wasn't but hard to believe the words coming from them, they waited for Nayoung to wake up and asked her if she was suicidal and she confirmed that she wasn't.

The team went through health documents and soulmate testing and sudden a new fresh-cut appeared in front of them while Nayoung was just laying in the bed.

They stopped checking and deemed that Nayoung and her soulmate are finally connected but in her case, it seems like her soulmate didn't like the life he or she was living in.

It has been a month since she knew the existence of her soulmate but they weren't any success in finding her soulmate. Did they stop because they know that they have a soulmate? Or Did they finally have a purpose in life?

Nayoung hoped that it was the second option. What if it was the first and her soulmate just didn't want to hurt her by doing things that weren't connected to the both of them. Does he starve himself? 

She really wants to find this soulmate of hers and give them a big tight hug, telling them that they can talk to their trusted ones, and release anger towards other things. Set them all free.

"I can't wait for my birthday to come!" Minjeong said through the call
"I can wait to wake up and know that I'm finally connected to my soulmate".

"I wonder what connection will you have," Miyeon said
"Red string, drawing on skin, communication through thoughts, tattoos?"
"Why can't we have more than one connection? Like is one connection really enough to find our soulmate amongst 7 billion people?" Miyeon stated

"You're not wrong, that would make it a little easier and imagine if our soulmate was from another country!" Minjeong said

"Lucky for you Miyeon, you get to know the name of your soulmate," Nayoung said

"Speaking of Mingi, do we have one in our school?" Miyeon asked

"Probably but we are nursing students we literally only interact with our own classmates," Minjeong said

"Well not for long, we are starting our annual student/school program," Nayoung said

What is the annual school program? It's a program where selected students are able to work in school while also studying here and there. It will help them to receive money, attend lectures and get experiences. 

Is like an internship but only for some students 

"I wouldn't want to join that," Miyeon said

"Why not?" Nayoung asked

"They say is a special thing but why would I want to work and study at the same time? when other students who aren't selected get to just have school."

"Hmm fair point fair point, But it'll be easier for jobs that require experience," Minjeong said

"I hate working," Miyeon said
