autumn just followed him upstairs and when they found themselves in his living room he finally said: "that was probably the stupidest thing you could have said. you didn't even ask me! how do you think you're going to move? you can't just move! i waited months for my visa to get approved! plus you have a life here! what about your classes and your dance studio? are you really going to leave it all behind and move across the world without looking back?"
tears started to prick in the girl's eyes as she raised her head and looked her brother in the eyes. "yes i am. this isn't the life that i want! i wouldn't leave anything behind because i didn't have anything in the first place. the only thing that's kept me from leaving a long time ago is you. and once you're gone i'm going to be alone. all over again. and i don't know if i'll survive it. i don't care about the degree, i don't care about the dance studio, i don't care about any of it! i could do it all in a new place that doesn't haunt me with my past decisions. i need a new start and if you don't want to give it to me, then I'm going to give it to myself. but don't expect me to keep in contact once i move away and forget about all of you."
george was quiet for a few seconds, but then he made a few steps towards her and wrapped his arms around the crying girl. "it's okay. you can come with me to florida. we'll sort the things about your visa when we get there. i'm not going anywhere without you."
she just cried harder into him and after a few moments decided to go take a nap on his couch while he called his friends to inform them about the change of plans.
george sat in his chair in front of the pc and clicked on the discord icon to call his friends. but when he saw that dream was streaming, he decided to join his stream to take his mind off of things for at least a little bit. the second he joined the call, he was met with loud greetings from karl, tommy and dream himself. they started talking and messing around on the smp and slowly he lost track of time until a loud voice from his living room pulled him out of his conversation.
