Good evening to all of my readers, hope you've had a good day today. I'll get straight to the point, you've probably noticed by now that I have unpublished the past chapters for this book, and that is because I've lost the motivation for it.
Now I don't want there to be any misunderstanding, though I have lost motivation, it isn't the motivation for the Story overall that has been lost, rather it is actually the character I have written that has made me lose motivation.
To be rather frank, I think the personality of (Y/N) was... well, boring. Apart from his power from the Darkness Gear and Light Gear, and Intrinsic abilities as a Nephilim, there's was nothing interesting about him... Or rather to me, that is.
I digress, anyway I'm not giving up on this story, rather I'm going to rewrite and make drastic changes to it, there will still be some things left the same, the first thing being the Harem, though I will add a few more girls to the Harem.
The second thing is that (Y/N) will remain a Nephilim and Raiser still will have killed his parents (I think everyone picked up on that by now). There wasn't enough background on (Y/N) and I honestly was never planning on showing anything about (Y/N)'s past.
However, this time around I plan to change that, (Y/N)'s "Original" parents will have been killed and he will be raised by adoptive parents, though when the book begins he will still have his own apartment. (Y/N) will have a different sacred gear, he won't have light gear or darkness gear but I plan for something much better, his powers will be game-based, many of you probably know of Solo levelling or "The Gamer" from Webtoon, it will have a similar vibe to that, though the game interface (Y/N) will have is based off a different popular game I'm sure that most have you have played at least once, it is my favourite game to play at the moment.
The last major change will be (Y/N)'s personality, you'll see what I mean when I actually get the chapters out.
Anyways, I plan to get started on that ASAP, and even though I would probably say something like "It would take a while", Imma be real, knowing how I can be this could very well be out in a few days, not to say I would rush things, but I can decide on things very quickly.
I hope you'll all read and enjoy my remake of this book because I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little excited to make changes to the story, other changes that I'll make that I haven't mentioned, you'll just have to wait and see what they are, I still plan to follow the Light novel though because I hope to go past season 4 of the anime, but I'll stick to the Dubbed anime script until I pass what would be season 4 because whether you like or hate DxD, you gotta admit the Dub is Gold.
