Things were tense

Hermione tried to catch his attention more than once but he kept ignoring her, every time he pushed past her or pretended that she wasn't there

It broke her heart each time

Reda had asked her out once more and she had waited to see if Malfoy told her not to go

When he spun on his heel and walked away

She said yes to the date

She didn't have that much fun in the second date as she did on the first, Reda must have noticed that because he called her out on it, when she told him what was happening, he was very understanding and willing to take things slow

Hermione had tried everything to get Malfoy to talk to her, but he just flat out ignored her

She watched him as he walked through the tomb, he was wearing his Cursebreaker robes and his hair was tied back in a man-bun, he had a pair of goggles dangling from his neck as Athena trailed him

There was a meow beside her and she looked down

Noir tilted head and meowed again

She bent down and Noir walked to her, he rubbed his body against her legs and she brushed her hand down his body before he entangled his tail around her wrist

"What did I do Noir?" She murmured softly

Noir meowed again

"Apologize for what?" She asked

He meowed again

She sighed

"He won't even talk to me Noir, he doesn't even look at me...how am I supposed to apologize to him?"

He meowed one last time and walked away, Hermione sighed softly and stood up, she dusted off her trousers before everything got amplified, she collapsed and held her stab scar, someone screamed but she didn't know who

Someone ran to her and pulled her close to them, she cried out in pain as another wave washed over her, she felt her shirt being pushed up and someone pressed down on her stomach, she cried loudly and tried to push away from them

"Granger!"

Hermione felt her body getting heavy and she stopped fighting it

"Granger!"

Hermione's head rolled onto their chest and they kept shaking her awake

"M—Mal—Draco" she whispered weakly "Draco..."

Her eyes rolled back and everything went dark

He held her as her body went limp in his arms

He hooked his arms under her arms and knees and picked her up, Noir and Athena quickly scurried into their kennel and he picked them up, he apperated and landed in St. Eden

"Help me!" He yelled

Six healers ran to him and put Granger on a stretcher, he watched as they led her limp body away and felt his heart clenching with each step away

He sat on the chair and covered his face, he tried to prevent himself from crying

He was so stupid, ignoring her because he was jealous
