CHAPTER 8: MANDALORE

"You know, I've heard many thing about Mandalore, making me always wanted to visit, but not in this way" I tell Obi-wan as we landed on said planet. "Maybe another time, Maddie" he says.
"The Duchess awaits you, General Kenobi." One of the what I think are guards, says to us, and we walk to the transport he's standing on. "Far be it for me to keep the Duchess waiting." Obi-wan says.
I looked around while we were getting to the place, and I saw every building, I liked the style it was different than Coruscant. We got to the place and I jumped from the transport and walked inside alongside Obi-wan.
"General Kenobi." A man says and I follow Obi-wan, "Thank you for meeting with me, Prime Minister Almec" Obi-wan says and then he points to me, "This is my Padawan, Madeline Chrysa" he says and the Prime Minister looks at me, I smile.
"Pleasure meeting you Madeline" "likewise" I say to him shaking his hand, "I welcome you as a servant of the people. But I am troubled by the false rumors that brought you here. Mandalore would never turn against the Republic. The Duchess Satine values peace more than her own life." The Prime Minister continues.
"Oh, I'm aware of the Duchess's views." I frown and look at Obi-wan, "you are" I mutter in a low voice
"Master Kenobi, Mandalore's violent past is behind us. All of our warriors were exiled to our moon, Concordia. They died out years ago." I trail behind Obi-wan when we moved
