In the previous chapter:

"Mhm. How are you?"

'Nothing much. I got a dog.' He said bluntly.

"EH?! Really?! That's good!" I exclaim.

'Yeah. I found him on the street. Kagami-kun is scare of him.' He tells me.

I laugh at that. "I'm not really that surprised. That hot-head has always been scared of them. I still don't know why though. He never really told us."

I kept chatting with Tetsu-chan until he had to leave. We were going to visit each other soon and I will be able to see the dog, I mean, Tai-chan again. He told me that Seirin and Touo Academy were playing tomorrow, the same day as my Inter-High. I apologized that I won't be able to watch. He completely understood. I placed my phone back in my bag and did my hair again.

I did a dutch braid that transformed into a ponytail. I really loved this hairstyle and would usually wear it when playing a game.

12:47pm.

Karasuno vs Date Tech was going to begin soon.

Inter-High part 2: Date Tech

Akira POV:

"Go! Go! Let's go! Let's go! Dateko!" The fans screamed the chant. 

I looked over at the other side of the court and Date Tech's players had already started running exercises. The ref called for the Captain's and Daichi-san came back saying that we were receiving first, on this side.

We started warming up with receiving. When it got to Nishinoya-kun's turn, he... well... um...

"RRROOLLLIINNNGGG THUNDDDEERRRRRR!!!!! AGAIN!"

He landed back on his feet.

Everyone stared at him, while Sho-chan had stars in his eyes. There was just silence and I was also admiring that. It was awesome.

"All right. There's nothing to worry about." He stood up. "All of you, keep your forward. Because you have me guarding your backs." He smiled at the end.

"A-awesome!" Tanaka-kun, Sho-chan, Tobi-chan, and I had blushes on our cheeks.

*phweet*

Let the game begin.

"Line up!" Captain called.

 Both of the teams lined up on each side. "Let's play!" We shouted.

We bowed to each other and walked to our coaches.

Coach Ukai started talking. "Gauging from their first match, they'll start off with a powerful serve. The serve breaks your formation, then they block your return. Date's strategy to attack those who can't keep up. So, of the serve, make sure your receive is solid." He took a pause.

"Yeah!" The team agreed.

Coach took a look at Tobi-chan. "You know what to do. Right, Kageyama?"

Tobi-chan agreed to the plan. "I will place Sakai in first, then switch her out for Tanaka. That will give us air-power and stronger defense." I nod in agreement. 

"All right! Now let's tear down the iron wall!"
