When I open my eyes, I'm on Morag, in 2014. I look around, seeing nothing particularly spectacular. Morag is a dark wasteland.

Nat and I retract our quantum suits, revealing different suits beneath them. Nat is wearing her mother Melina's suit, and I am wearing my first suit. It feels nostalgic to be wearing it, and I think back to when Peter and I first met.

Nat and I watch Rhodey direct Nebula as she lands the Benatar. A rodent creature comes towards us, and Nat kicks it away. We both make a disgusted noise, looking back at Rhodey.

"Guys, chop-chop. Come on. We're on a clock," says Nat.

"All that, is really helpful," Rhodey says.

The ship lands and Nebula and Rhodey join us. Nebula stands off to the side, while Nat and I walk to Rhodey.

"Take care, okay?" Nat says, hugging him.

"Yeah. Take that stone and come back. No messing around," he says.

"We got this." I hug him.

"Yes, ma'am." He smiles.

Nat and I walk up the bridge on the outside of the spaceship, stopping at the entrance. We look back at Rhodey and Nebula, and smile at them.

"You guys watch each other's six," Rhodey says.

"Aye, aye, captain." I salute him before following Nat into the spaceship.

The hatch closes behind us, and we sit in seats next to each other in the front of the ship. The coordinates to Vormir were laid in, so the Benetar takes off on autopilot. We leave Morag's atmosphere, speeding up as we take a jump through space. I squeeze Nat's hand tighter, and we both look at each other, smiling brightly.

"What if this doesn't work?" I ask, my smile fading.

"It will."

"But what if I never see him again?"

"You will. We can do this, Gracee."

"We can do this," I repeat under my breath.

"All I've been thinking about for these past five years is bringing everybody back. Bringing you back. Now you're here, and I'm not letting anything happen to you. We'll get that stone, and we'll get everyone back. We'll get Peter and Yelena back."

"I want to meet her."

"You will some day." She smiles.

We both look back out of the window in front of us. Space is just as beautiful as I remembered.

"No matter what happens, don't give up," Nat says, not looking at me.

"I won't."

"Promise me."

"I promise."

The spaceship shakes as it lands. I take a deep breath, looking at Nat.

"You ready?" she asks, smiling.

"Always."

We get off of the spaceship, looking around for any potential threat. We both groan when we see how tall the mountain is.
