A few nights later

Eric requested that we all go to the tracks. I was put on Eric's team for capture the flag.(pretend that there is a girl there named vena.)
Vena,who had been put on Four's team glared at me as I stood next to peter. it seemed she had a huge crush on him,i mean who wouldn't right? I mean those eyes it's like if your not careful you could get lost. his dark brown hair was wavy and amazing. his laughter sounded so soothing to me and lightened my mood.His personality was to some,crule and Un inviting but to me he was perfection,his smart ass remarks make me laugh. but then you look at vena. she...she is just no. she is about as approachable as a cactus that's spikes kill you in contact and said cactus had a machine gun aimed straight at you. her attitude towards others was snotty and cold hearted. the only thing she does really, is follow Peter around like a lost puppy. I heard her talking to drew. who was mouthing the words help me at me the whole time,wich Vena didn't notice. she told him how she thought Peter was so hot and that he would choose her over me or molly her exact words were.
"She needs a girl who can stand up for her self not some stupid pansy cake." she said at this I rolled my eyes. I call people like her overly dauntless always talking about how well she did In training that day or using old terms no one used. she didn't really have any friends in our group of initiates so, she tried talking to the Daughntless born and befriended Mak,a emo Daughntless born. Peter knows of her crush on him and told me ounce he wasn't interested and he just wants her to leave him alone. I was making a strategy with my team ounce we arrived at the peir. I was on gaurd with Peter. he turned to Christina and got shot by her and tris as I took cover behind a wall. a hand covered my mouth and I was dragged off.
thw hand moved and before he was out of my sight I called out to him
"Peter!" He looked at me and tried getting up removing the fake bullet from his leg and limping towards me. I was in an open area and then heard that voice.
"Well hello there ashley I have something to talk to you about."
"What vena?" I asked coldly
"Stay away from Peter he is mine."
"What are you talking about?!" I exclaimed
"I see the way you look at him and the way he looks at you. that's what I want with Peter but no, it had to be you why are you so special.
Because I'm divergent. I wanted to say it so bad.
"Because I am kind,honorable and better then you in anything exept being an ass." I said she lunged at me knocking me to the ground and punched my temple.i fell to the ground and I saw vena tackled and pinned to the ground.
"I will never love you." Peter gides at her
"And she is better then you we all know it now get out of my sight." he said angrily
"But I love you!" She said tears In her eyes
"And I hate you.Now get away from us." Peter said and shot her in the leg with the fake bullet pain simulator. Peter picked me up bridal style and brought me to the others. I was barley concious with a bloody nose and bruises.
"What happened?!" Eric demanded.
"Vena." Peter said coldly
I could just barley see Eric look at vena with cold angered eyes and Peter started running to the train with the others me still in his arms. Will helped him In the train and he sat on the floor and layed me inbetween his legs so my head was on his lap.
"Come on stay with us ashley please." he said
i heard footsteps and Eric looked at me.
"Ashley? You okay?"
"Yea,im fine." I said starting to stand and Peter supported me. Eric looked at him with what seems to be warmth in his dark brown eyes. he eyes vena who wouldn't meet his gaze. we made it back to the compound and I got changed and sleapt.
