One Sided?

CHAPTER 9 - Parents

It's been 4 Weeks now that radha and akshaj are working together. Day by day they were coming closer. But as usual both idiots didn't realize. They were acting like a couple.

They even got to know each other's habits now. Radha was allergic to tomato so he used to make sure she didn't eat them. And radha got to know that akshaj loved spicy food so she used to bring it for him.

And to bring them more closer I think bappa had some plans. Because Naina has shifted to kolhapur for a while due to some work and Radha's parents they had to go to take care of radha's granny because she was ill. And that meant radha was alone for a month.

Akshaj :- "You are not staying alone."

Radha :- "I can take care of myself very well so don't worry."

Akshaj :-" I don't know anything but you are not staying alone!"

Radha :-." Why do you even care?"

Akshaj :- "Because I ..I ..Do ok!"

Radha :- "why so suddenly?! You were the one who said forget everything."

Akshaj :- "That was because of a reason radha."

Radha :- "What reason?! "

memories of a women crying flashed in front of his eyes. He closed his eyes for a second, tear dropped from his left eye. Radha noticed this and she felt a pang in her chest. She wipped his tears and kept her hand on his cheeks and smiled at him.

Akshaj pulled her closer and hugged her. Radha hugged him back tightly.
She rubbed his back. Akshaj felt calm at her touch. He broke the hug and touched their foreheads.

Akshaj :- "Please radha I don't want you to stay alone. Stay at our house. "

Radha felt a really happy when he said our house.

Radha :- "Ok."

Akshaj smiled and hugged her back.
Akshdha didn't know if everything was changing for good. But they didn't wanted to think about it. They just wanted to feel the moment.

After the work akshaj was driving her home. Yup he wanted to talk to her parents. He talked his grandmother and she happily agreed. Now they had to seek her parents permission.

Her parents now knew akshaj. Because he visited them once when he dropped radha home when it was too late.

Flashback.

Akshaj stopped the car in front of her house.

Radha :-" Thank you. "

Akshaj:- Don't mention it.

Radha :- "Why don't you come inside?"

Akshaj :- "Um..Radha I..."

Radha :-" Are you nervous?! Seriously The Akshaj Desai is nervous?!"

She fake gasped. Akshaj chuckled at her cuteness. He held her wrist and pulled her closer. The closeness made radha nervous. She couldn't stop blushing. Akshaj loved that she was blushing because of him. He whispered in her ear.

Akshaj :- "Now who is nervous?"

Radha blushed and looked down. Akshaj smiled at her and let go of her hand. He got out and checked his appearance. Radha chuckled and she too got out.

Radha :-" Let's go they won't eat you up they don't know that you are my pati parmeshwar."

At the pati parmeshwar she joined her hands and fake blushed dramatically. Akshaj chuckled. They walked inside
She knocked on the door. After a few seconds her dad opened the door.
He smiled at her and gave Akshaj a confused look.

Akshaj :-" Hello sir."

He touched his feet. Her dad gave him blessing. Radha tried to control her laugh.

Radha :- "My boss Mr Akshaj desai."

Mr deshpande :- "Oh hello Mr Desai. Come in."

Radha and akshaj walked inside. Her mother came from the kitchen. She smiled at them radha again introduced them. They treated him so warmly.
Akshaj felt really happy. They chatted about everything from cricket to politics.

Radha was listening to them with amusement. Because as much as she knew him he never talked to anyone this much. They asked him to have dinner but he refused. So they gave him some snacks and tea.
--
Radha walked him out to his car.

Radha :-" Wah mr desai."

Akshaj :- "What did I do now? "

Radha :- "Mere dad se bohot bate ho rahi thi."

Akshaj smiled at her mischievously.

Akshaj :- "Ohhh so someone is jealous huh? Actually your dad is more cool than you."

Radha glared at him.

Radha :- "Ohh so I'm not huh!!"

Akshaj :- "No."

Radha :- "How mean."

Akshaj winked at her and smiled. She tried to control her smile but couldn't.
Akshaj got in his car. He waved at her and she waved back. And with that he drove away. Radha watched him till he was out of her sight.

Flashback end.

Akshaj :- "What if they don't agree?"

Radha :- "don't worry they will."

Akshaj and radha then walked up to her house and knocked on the door.
Her mother opened the door with angry expression.
