" they remind me of you San Lang" 

after hearing these words Hua Cheng stood startled , he couldn't grasp the sudden surge of emotions that were rising within him , he couldn't comprehend the familiarity that he felt with Xie Lian , his crimson eyes stared him with sincerity , passion and most importantly with utmost devotion. As if his eyes had only been longing for him and only him for past an eternity. 

a sudden sound aroused and Hua Cheng snapped back to reality, turns out it was Xie Lian's phone ringing , he picked up the call in an instant.

 To Hua Cheng's surprise he couldn't help but feel annoyed. 

" Hello." Xie Lian said in a subtle tone.  

" WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU ? , WE SEARCHED FOR YOU EVERYWHERE , THAT EMO PUNK WITH RED EYES AIN'T HERE TOO ." came almost a  loud yell from across the phone. 

Xie Lian knew in an instant that he messed up , a cold sweat was visible on his forehead. 

" I am so sorry Feng Xin , I wasn't feeling well , San Lang offered me a ride to get a breather. It completely slipped out of my mind , i genuinely apologize for the inconvenience ,ill rush back as soon as possible." Xie Lian replied instantly in an apologetic tone. 

" WHO TF IS SAN LANG AND WHERE TF ARE YOU , YOU WAIT THERE IM COMING TO PICK YOU UP ."  Feng Xin sounded as if he was in complete annoyance with the constant drama.  

"Xie Lian you don't listen to this nosey asshole , you ask Hua Cheng to drop you home. We all will be heading to our houses , He Xuan is gonna drop me."  Came another voice which sounded music to Xie Lian's ears because of Feng Xin's constant nagging.  

" Ah yes , i got it Shi , you head home safely and offer my apologies to everyone." Xie Lian said in a nervous tone . 

" Yeah it's no problem , you hang out with your San Lang , See Ya." Shi QingXuan replied with a teasing tone and you could definitely feel the smirk on his face regardless of the communication barrier. 

A visible blush appeared on Xie Lian's face, he couldn't help but feel flustered hearing "your San Lang" and yet he couldn't understand why he felt such way for someone who he had just met. 

" Is your friend done with his assless behaviour ?,I could hear him screaming from across the phone." Hua Cheng said in an ever so irritated tone. 

Xie Lian could feel that Hua Cheng didn't take a liking towards Feng Xin. 

" Yeah , he was just concerned because i left without a word , he asked me to tell him where we were so he could pick me up." Xie Lian said nervously chuckling. 

" No need for that , i won't mind dropping you home." Hua Cheng replied instantly yet sounding  full of himself. 

Xie Lian couldn't help but smile at the tall male's remark , he found it quite adorable. 

" Haha , sure , so how about we go now?" Xie Lian replied. 

" Yeah let's go. " Hua Cheng said in a soft tone. 

They walked back to Hua Cheng's car still looking stunning in the moon glow, Xie Lian and Hua Cheng got seated and drove to Xie Lian's house on his instructions. They both couldn't help but feel comfort in each other's company. 

After reaching Xie Lian's house or should I call a mansion , of course he was the only heir to the prestigious Xie family. No wonder they live in such luxury. 

" San Lang I really appreciate you for all you have done tonight , let me treat you next time how about that ? let's exchange numbers so we can go somewhere according to your schedule."

 Xie Lian said smiling ever so slightly curious about the male's response who was seated in a car. 

" If its for Xie Lian i am always free , let's meet up tomorrow for lunch after Uni." Hua Cheng said slightly smiling at the young male. 

" Of course , see you tomorrow San Lang , head home safely." Xie Lian said in an ever so comforting sound that could make anyone's heart flutter.

Xie Lian made his way inside his house , sounding absolutely noiseless , since his parents were out of town , but he didn't mind it, he liked the peace. 

a worker made his way towards Xie Lian and inquired ," Young Master would like to have something , should I prepare something for you ?" 

" No , thank you very much , I have already eaten outside , you can head back." Xie Lian replied.

" Yes, young master ." 

Xie Lian made his away upto him room and changed his clothes into a warm fawn colored hoodie paired with matching joggers and letting his hair loose. He hopped in his bed and instantly fell asleep with a smile on his face , knowing how terrified he was of the nighttime , yet he was fearless tonight.
