TW: Mentions of child abuse, self harm, underaged drinking and drugs, and random magic that makes sense for no reason (Btw: This is happening while Maddie is pregnant and her and Chimney are worrying about being good parents. Also, this isn't really a Buddie oneshot and I apologize)

To say the firehouse was going crazy was an understatement. They had just went on a call and Buck got hit with a random potion they found in the supposed "witch's" house. People called her a witch because, well, she was weird. She talked in ancient greek and had random mixtures of who knows what in her house. Of course, they didn't believe it until they went there. She had dead animals hanging and symbols that gave them a bad feeling. She had seemed to have had a stroke, all the symptoms lead to that, but when they were about to transport her, one of her potions feel on her and she sat straight up. She got off the gurney with no problem, and thanked them for coming, when her eyes landed on Buck, who was looking at a jar curiously. She walked up to him, causing him to look up and jump.

"Oh! Sorry, I wasn't trying to invade your space or nothing!" He said, immediately trying to apologize.

"Evan Buckley." His eyes widened along with everyone else's, as she reached a hand out. He flinched away involuntarily, closing the eye closest to her hand, as if he thought she was going to hit him. Her hand dropped, and she looked at the rest of the crew before turning back to him.

"They do not know, do they? About what you went through before you came to LA?" Buck's face went pale, and Bobby was starting to get upset that this lady was invading Buck's personal matters.

"Alright ma'am, if you could just let us leave now, we'll be out of your hair." She slowly turned to him, thinking before she spoke.

"You need to know. You need to know in order to understand him better." Everyone looked at Buck, and immediately became pissed when they saw him shaking.

"Listen lady! If he wanted us to know, he would've told us! It's none of our, or your, business." Hen said, taking a step towards the woman. She simply smiled sadly, before grabbing the jar Buck was looking at.

"My sincerest apologies, Evan." Buck made a small sound of confusion, right before she threw the contents of the jar at him. It was a purple liquid, and Buck yelped as he covered his face. The 118 crew all surged forward, Hen grabbing the woman and yanking her away, while Bobby, Chimney, and Eddie ran over to Buck. They all watched as the liquid somehow absorbed straight into Buck's skin, steaming lightly. Buck looked up, still shaking, and raced over to Bobby, clutching his arm. Everyone turned to the lady, all but one looking at her angrily.

"What the hell was that?! What did you do to him?"

"I told you that you needed to know." She hummed.

And now, 3 hours later, everyone was still freaking out over it. They had tried googling it to see if it was just a pranking item, but no such luck. Chimney went and found Buck writing something in the locker room.

"Hey Buck. What're you doing?" Buck looked up with the most serious face Chimney has ever seen on him.

"Writing my will." His voice was dry and Chimney swallowed nervously.

"O-oh. Maybe, maybe you shouldn't be writing it this early in your life."

"I'm not writing it, I misspoke. I meant to say, updating." That didn't make him feel any better. When he told the rest of the team, they all had the same reaction as him. They heard a thump and turned around to see Buck leaning on the wall, looking horribly sick. Bobby immediately walked over to him, grabbing his shoulders.
