Ade was cooking eggs and bacon, but for some reason the eggs kept burning in to the pan and the bacon was over cooked. It's not that crispy bacon wasn't good, but the eggs were unedible. She piled the bacon on a plate and put the eggs into the trash, well at least the ones that weren't burned into the pan so badly, that they wouldn't come off. She put the pan into the sink and started rummaging through the cabinets and she found a packet of cookies. Yes, Ade never had to cook for herself, because there was always food in the cafeteria and the cooks made it. And it wasn't her fault that there was no ingredients to make her food from. Ade heard steps behind her and a pine-y scent drifted into her nose.
'Eros.' She thought and when he opened his mouth Ade's thoughts were confirmed.
"Umm... Ade, what happened in here?" Eros asked inspecting the messy kitchen. Ade bit her lip, but then quicklu relased it when she rememberd what Eros thought of her habit. Ade sat dow with her plate of burned bacon and packet of cookies. She fastly stuffed one into her mouth so she wouldn't have to talk. "Are you mad at me too?" Eros asked his voice lazed with hurt and disappointment. Soon new steps echoed in the house and from the salty scent the person carried Ade knew he was Hermes.
"What happe-" Hermes was about to ask, but a meaningful glare from Eros cut him off. He clearly realized that it would be mistake to finnish that sentance. "Well..." He started carefully, while eyeing the plate of bacon in front of Ade. "Maybe we could go eat at the packhouse, there is a breakfast ready..." Hermes trailed off, not wanting to insult Ade's cooking skills.
"I am down." Ade interrupted and stood up. "I am going to go change my clothes." Ade left the room fastly, tears threatening to spill, but she refused to let them roll down her cheecks. She wouldn't show any kind of weakness. At least not in front of the triplets. No, she wouldn't give anyone the joy of seeing her weak.
When she reached the livingroom, she slowed down. She didn't see Ares anywhere and Ade hoped she wouldn't have to see him in awhile. When his soft lips had met her own, it was like the world was whole again, and as fast as the feeling had consumed her, it was shattered and then stompped on.
She didn't want to feel that ever again.
She went upstairs and changed. She wore skinny jeans and a white top. She couldn't decide what shoes to put on and finally sighed.
"I'll just put on some sneakers and I'll be fine." She mumbled and grapped her black Adidas shoes from her bag. She felt small. She was short for a werewolf. She was only 169cm (little over 5ft 6") tall where normal werewolf females were at least 175cm(5ft 9"). Usually males were at least 180cm(6ft) and Alphas over 190cm(6ft 4"). Ade had a reason for feeling like she was small. Ade made a bun out of her hair fastly an dthen went downstairs where Eros and Hermes were already waiting.
"You look cute." Eros said and felt a traitorous blush rise onto her cheecks.
"Thank you." She said quietly.
"True... you should keep your hair up more. You hide behind them a lot." Hermes said and right on cue she felt like she had to hide. "Well lets go. It is not long walk."
_________________________________________Well, you could say it wasn't a long, but many wouldn't agree. It was about a kilometer (2 and half quarter miles). Quite soon the forest started revealing old stone houses and soon the forest ended and made way to the houses. There were patches full of trees between the houses, almost like a park.
