3: female titan

It's been over a week in the scouts' headquarters, you and the Levi squad have been training every day in preparation for a new mission. Also, Eren has been working on perfecting his titan self.

As expected Levi is giving you the cold shoulder, only speaking to you when he is ordering and bossing you around. Of course, you have to keep your mouth shut and go along with it, you have a whole promotion riding on this.

You sit outside on the grass with Petra, the weather is beautiful and you both just finished working out. You stare at the sky, it's so clear this afternoon it's like you can see through it.

"I wonder who trained Captain Levi to become a Captain?" you ask randomly, as you and Petra sit in comfortable silence.

"No one probably" she giggles.

"Huh!?" you snap your neck to her. It's an official rule for the Scouts that you have to be a Cadet for at least 2 years and then train with an existing Captain for 6 months. Admittedly, it makes sense that you need so much preparation, it's not easy leading a whole squad through a life or death situation.

"I don't know man, I heard Erwin dragged him to the Scouts and within a couple of months, he was a Captain" Petra shrugs.

"No way? How come he has it so easy?" you groan in jealousy. You had to work your ass off to even be considered for this promotion.

"He is humanity's strongest soldier after all" Petra jokes to lighten the mood.

"Well, who says I'm not stronger than him" you roll your eyes. Petra tilts her head at you, giving you the 'let's be real' look.

"Okay fine I'm not! But it's still completely unfair" you sigh.

You spend the rest of the day training and silently following Levi around while he does his job. A couple of hours later Levi invites all of the squad for a meeting in the dining room. This old house feels like it's out of a horror movie, but you can't deny the atmosphere is still pretty.

You step into the dining room, there's a large table with the entire Levi squad plus Eren surrounding it. The whole room is dark except for the small candles. You walk in and take a seat beside Petra and the Captain, and you take a quick glance his way.

You almost have to do a whole double take, the dark lighting in the room is giving Levi a very dark and sexy look. You hate to admit it but this man is unexplainably attractive, from his sharp features to his silky hair. Everything about him is so beautiful, and everyone knows it.

You calm yourself and settle down as the meeting starts, of course, Levi instructs and orders everyone around the entire time. You couldn't wait to be Captain yourself so you can sit around and order people like this.

They all begin talking about a big mission coming up in a month or so. You begin getting excited, so much as those missions are terrifying and life threatening, they give your life a purpose. The rest of the squad starts complaining about how rookies will be working with us on this mission, but you zone out to imagine how it will all go down.

In the middle of the meeting you heard a loud push at the door, and in comes Hange. She's loud and bubbly as always. Spending this much time with Levi got you used to quiet and stoic voices, which is why you almost jump when you hear Hange. You smile to yourself missing her upbeat energy.

"Good evening, members of the Levi squad" Hange beams and waves at everyone.

"You're early" Levi rolls his eyes. Hange brushes past him and walks you.

"Y/n! My prodigy! How is your training going?" She runs towards you and grabs your hand. Levi clicks his tongue in annoyance, and you giggle at Hange's enthusiasm.
