The recruits were playing a game of cube in the action matrix while heatwave and chase were out on a mission. boulder was fixing up something and blades was watching the emergency dispatch. Suddenly a call came from a unknown source.
Blades: This is emergency dispatch, who is this ?
??: Sh--ip-----lan---di-ng clea-r th-e wa-y --krrk
Blades: what? please repeat.
??: my ship is landing blades! clear the way.
blades got up and ran outside, he knew that voice. as he came out he realized the recruits were standing next to the sigma ship that landed. heatwave, chase and boulder were there as well.
Heatwave: blades, who's here??
The sigma opens and a shadow appears in the doorway
??: good to back, ain't that right mate?
said a female british accent that heatwave knew too well.
Heatwave: Quickshadow!
Quickshadow: Hello heatwave. Blades, boulder, and chase.
Chase: it is great to see you again slipchain.
Quickshadow: *chuckles* And who are these little bots?
Hotshot: who are you calling little?
Whirl: Hi! i'm whirl, that's hoist, wedge, medix, galaxy,and my mechfriend hotshot!
Heatwave: Woah, slow down whirl.

heatwave: also did i mention that i adopted Hotshot a few months ago?
Quickshadow: really? i never really saw you as the father type *laughs along with the others*

Boulder: cmon quickshadow, we'll show you around the academy
Quickshadow: *smiles at heatwave before going inside*

they snicker at the thought
Heatwave: i heard that! *signature growl*
Hotshot: sure dad.....sure ya did *rolls optics playfully*

after a while the recruits went to the break room and the three rescue bots went off on a job, leaving only heatwave and quickshadow. she scoots closer to heatwave on the couch
QS: so, it's been a long time since we've talked heats. what's up?
Heatwave: not much, but i'm glad you came back to be with me *smirks*
QS: *blushes*
Heatwave: ya know, you're prettier than i last saw you.
QS: oh yeah?
HW: *holds qs's waist and kisses her*
HW: yeah.
Qs: *kisses him back*
Heatshadow: *start making out*
Hw grabs quickshadow and carries her bridal style to his bedroom. and um..ya know what happened next.
