There were only a few candles lit on my nightstand, providing me the only light.
"Gotta at least try.." I whispered.
I bit my thumb and swiped it on the summon writing, the little metal necklace appearing in my hand. It was a normal necklace. A small silver chain with a clear, smooth, little white metal circle charm.
I held it in my hands as I did multiple jutsu signs, speaking softly as my eyes watered.
This was my chance.
"Into the realm and back technique." I whispered, kissing the top of my fingers and doing the last handsign over my head.
I felt my body go numb for a few seconds, my hair started to tussle around as if there was wind and my body was cold, not sweating.
"Kitten, you're in." Hidan spoke softly and proudly in my head.
I was to scared to open my eyes. I.. I just couldn't. I mean, what would I see?
"Kitten, it's okay to look." Hidan said chuckling softly as he brushed my hair out of my face mentally.
I nodded faintly, slowly cracking one eye open. It was all white. The ground was.. It was grass with little colorful flowers. The sky, there wasn't one. It was all white. Futher behind me were buildings, grass, trees, it looked like a big village. It held a lot of people.
"G-gorgeous?" I heard the familiar voice whisper.
I started to shake, my heart pounding so loud everyone could probably hear it. I gripped onto the necklace in my hand, my mind buzzing. My tail was limp as it just barely touched the floor.
I slowly, very, verly slowly turned around. My eyes were wide eyed, tears streaming down.
"Haku." I whispered weakly, trembling. I almost lost balance, but he ran up to me and caught me before I could fall. His pale white skin was perfect, his big eyes staring at me and his long, black hair up in a bun.
"Haku!" I cried as I looped my arms around his neck, holding onto him. I sobbed silently, finally getting to see my best friend, my first love, and my first protecter after three, long painful years.
"What are you doing here? Did you die?" He asked me standing me up slowly.
"Just using a jutsu to see if it was possible to come here to see things.." I whispered. Haku nodded.
"Go see everyone. I've met quite a few of your friends. I'll be waiting here before you leave." Haku said softly, kissing my forehead. I nodded slowly, rocketing down out of the field and into the big town. There were TONS of people. They all looked happy though. My heart pounded as I saw familiar faces, a lot of lives I had taken. But I didn't give a fuck about them. Remember? No regret.
I noticed I was still in my short shorts and really baggy shirt.
And crap. I couldn't summon.
I quickly rushed into a little store that sold clothes, grabbing a long black cloak off the hanger and purchasing it. I threw it on, leaving the hoodie off. I walked down the street, and realized it was basically the same as Konoha. It was all copied.
Knowing Akatsuki so well, they wouldn't be here. I ran at my full speed out into the forest, where our first hideout was. I opened the big rock door, closed it, and threw off my cloak.
"Hello?" I barely spoke as my voice was again still caught up in sobs.
"OH MY FUCKING GOD!" I heard people screaming in there.
What the hell??!
Immediately, I was tackled to the ground, laying on the floor.
"Hidan told us you were coming, but we didn't think you'd make it, un!!" Deidara cried.
