Third Person POV
After they went to Canada, Kol decided that he would confess his feelings for her, when he feels that she is ready.
Lucy was heartbroken after she found her ex cheating. But she was holding up because of her child and Kol.
Kol helped her with everything he could. House cleaning, laundry, and other things. He even learned to cook for her.
Lucy knew he was responsible, but she never expected him to do so well at taking responsibility.
From the past few months, she sees him from a whole new perspective, and she liked it.
"Kol, you are going to be a good husband for your future girl." Lucy said as she watched him cook like a pro. "You look like a professional."
"Well, that girl is too good. So, I have to match up to her."
"You found her?!" Lucy beamed with excitement.
"Yeah. I found her a long time ago."
"Why didn't you tell me?!" Kol shrugged. "Who is she?! What's her name?!" Lucy asked excitedly.
"I can only tell you that her name starts with the letter 'L'."
"Hmm... Lora? Lillian? Loretta?"
"You are never going to get it." Kol said before handing her a plate of food.
Lucy somehow felt a little hurt and jealous. She couldn't understand why. 'Maybe because I am scared of losing my best friend.' She thought to herself.

Lucy went into the delivery room with Kol.
"Ahh! Kol!" Lucy screamed.
"I am here, darling." Kol said as he held her hand. "Squeeze my hand if it hurts." Lucy nodded.
"AHHH!" Kol winced from her loud scream. But he didn't move.
After a half an hour, Lucy gave birth to a baby boy. The doctor handed the baby to Lucy and Kol compelled the doctor to think that she already stitched her. Lucy had told him to do so.
Kol went to Lucy and looked at the baby boy with a big smile. "What are you going to name him?"
