"Mom, I'm at the hospital." Caroline said as she stood a bit away from her friends. "I'm fine, but Hanna...she was involved in a hit and run." The blonde wiped a tear away. "Can you come and get me? I need my daughter."

"Daughter?" Aria asked causing Caroline to turn and see her friend.

"I can explain." Aria nodded. "That night when we went to the party with Ali, I was the lucky one. A few weeks later, Ali had me take a pregnancy test because I couldn't stop throwing up."

"Why didn't you tell us?"

"The reason why I didn't say anything was because I was afraid I would be judged." Caroline said. "But I told Emily as she didn't leave my side and then now, you know."

"What about Hanna and Spencer?"

"I'll tell them later. Right now, I want to go home and cuddle Kelsey."

Aria watched Caroline leave as Emily and Spencer walked over. "She told you."

"Told Aria what?"

"She'll tell you and Hanna tomorrow."

In Caroline's room, she smiled as she laid Kelsey down. She smiled as she walked to her desk and grab the picture of her and Hanna. She started crying as her friend could have died tonight. Caroline walked to her bed and grabbed her teddy bear and hugged it. Maria walked in and smiled. "Caroline?"

She looked up and smiled. "Hi."

Maria walked over and kissed her head. "She'll be fine." She said. "It's Hanna, she's not ready to leave this planet just yet."

Caroline laughed. "Hopefully she's up for a visit tomorrow and for me to confess."

Maria nodded as she wasn't going to say anything. Caroline needed to tell her friends the truth. Kelsey can't be hidden forever. Not from her friends or anyone.

The next day, Caroline walked into Hanna's room and sat down. "Hey." She said. "I'm happy to see you all here."

"Caroline..."

"Kelsey is mine." She confessed.

They looked at her shock. "What?"

"When?"

"The night we snuck into the party." She says. "I should have told you girls, but I was afraid to be judge. Alison was the only one who knew and never held it against me."

"Caroline, we would have never judged you. We would have helped you." Spencer said as she hugged her. "Now that is out in the open, Hanna who is A?'

Hanna looked at all four of them. "Noel Kahn."

Caroline was shocked by this and looked at her friends. The blonde didn't say much as Hanna explained more on how she knew. They looked at Aria as she told them what the message says. "I see you."

"What did he see?"

"Aria and Mr. Fitz."

The blonde looked at her friend who looked away. She started laughing as she should have seen this coming. A knock was heard causing them to see Noel. Caroline looked at him as Aria lied and knew that Aria was going to be blackmailed big time.

Instead of going to school, Caroline was focusing on her daughter. The truth about Kelsey was out to her friends and Caroline was ready to speak. She wasn't scared anymore. Emily saw Kelsey and Caroline and walked over to them. "Are you heading to the hospital?"

"Yeah." She said. "Hanna should be coming home soon. Plus, I think its time for Kelsey to meet the others as my daughter."

Emily smiled as she walked with them. Caroline listened to Emily talk about her mom being judgmental about her sexuality. Caroline looked at her smiling. "Don't let them bother you. You have everyone else supporting you."

"Dad seems okay, but mom..."

"Is going to get over it sooner or later. There is nothing wrong you and she can't try to fix something that's not broken." Caroline said. "You're not broken, Emily. You're perfect."

"Thanks, Caroline."

At the hospital, Caroline walked in with Kelsey sound asleep. "Finally leaving?" She asked.

"Yes. Now help me get out of bed."

They watched Hanna move the cover to reveal a message that caused Hanna to freak out.
