Love Is Unplanned

The sun shun beautifully through my window.
The morning rays kissing my skin.

The sound of my alarm ringing through my ears. The sound of Kehlani's song Footsteps echoes throughout my room.

It was 6h30 in the morning.

"Uuuhhhhhh." I groan switching it off.
I get out of bed, my mind still half asleep and head to the bathroom.

I knocked on the bathroom door.

"Please don't finish all the hot water Tae." I said.

"I'll be out in a minute I promise." She says.

I live with my cousin Tae. We consider ourselves as twin sisters actually, since we're very identical. The only thing that tells us apart is our personalities and small facial features.

Her dad and my mom are brother and sister, Tae had some issues at home, and I decided it would be best for her to finish her senior year living with me where she can focus without the distractions of the drama at home.

I went to the kitchen and started to make breakfast. I made some pancakes. I topped them with whipped cream and strawberries. I laid it all out on the kitchen counter. I put some biscuits on the table too since I know Tae has this weird obsession with them.

I heard the bathroom door open and close, telling me that Tae was done.

I quickly headed for the bathroom.
The feeling of the warm water on my body was so soothing. I scrubbed myself with my favorite tropical scented body wash. I got out, brushed my teeth and went to my bedroom to get dressed.
I settled on wearing a grey long sleeve crop top with a pair of black ripped jeans and my black and white Air Jordan's. I brushed my hair into a updo bun with soft edges.

I have mid length curly brown hair which I loved the most. Big dark brown eyes, and I'm light skinned. I have small boobs, I'm not even going to lie it honestly looks like I stopped growing them at age 12, but I don't mind them because the big booty makes up for it.

When I was done getting ready, I headed for the kitchen. Tae has already devoured her 2 pancakes and is now sitting on her phone eating all the biscuits.

"Morning TaeTae." I say sweetly taking a fork, sitting down and eating my breakfast.

"Morning NaeNae." She says giving me a small smile.

"Have any free periods today?" I ask.

"Well I do actually." She clicks something on her phone, I think shes checking her schedule. " It's at 11h30." She says and bites on another chocolate biscuit, putting her phone down on the counter.

"That's good, I was hoping we could go out for lunch or something after my interview." I said shoving another fork of pancakes into my mouth.

"Oh yea you have that big interview at Katie's beauty store right?" She says.

"Yup, I was hoping I could work there part time. I know my mom pays the rent for this place, but I don't wanna be so dependant on her." I say finishing off my meal.

"Yea I know. My mom still sends me spending cash, but I feel like I need to be independent too. This is my last year of high school, I needa start making some cash. Could you help me get a part time job too?" She asks.

"Sure Tae, but I needa leave or else I'll be late." I say while picking up my purse and putting my stuff away in my little white bag.
"Need a ride to school?"

"No thanks sis, Eithan's coming to pick me up." She says.

"Okay girl. Be safe, make good choices. Keep your phone on. I'll text you when the interview's over so that we can go out for lunch." I say.
