It Started With a Kiss (Renga)

Langa had told Reki that he had to go home because his mom wanted him back home early. Langa said his goodbyes to his friend and left.

Reki plopped onto his bed and let out a big sigh. He turned to lay on his back and stare at the ceiling. He was silent and still for a while, then he moved his hand up to his face so his fingers can touch his lips "Langa and me kissed...and it was are first kiss..." Reki's eyes widen and a blush creeps up to his face "Langa stole my first kiss..." he breaths out.

Rekis not gonna lie saying he never has had feelings for Langa, he's actually had these feelings for a while already but of course no one knows about them because...nevermind.

"...I can't believe I wanted to do more then kiss! If I did Langa would have been super weirded out" Reki said embarrassed while rolling on his bed covering his face with both hands.

"Reki were home! Can you help us with the groceries!" Reki's mom called out from downstairs and so he composed himself and got out of bed then made his way down.

Langa had just got home and he heard laughing but he heard three different voices "Visitors?" He said to himself. He walks over to the living room to see his mom, a lady, and a girl around his age or younger laughing together.

Nanako noticed her son and greeted him "Langa, your back! Come here, come here!" She waves him over as she stood up "Langa, I would like you to meet Akari Takahashi, and her daughter Yuri Takahashi, she's 16 a year younger then you!" Nanako says with excitement.

Langa slightly smiles and gave a small polite bow at both guest "You were at Reki's right? Sorry to cut your time short with him, I wanted to introduce you to our guest! I hope you at least had fun at Reki's"

Langa slightly blushes remembering what happened at Reki's place "Yeah we had fun" he smiles. Langa noticed the girl named Yuri looking at him with a blush on her face "Mom can we talk"

Nanako was confused but nodded "We'll be right back" She told Akari, and Yuri before walking to a different room with Langa. Once she closed the door she turned to Langa with a confused expression "What's wrong?"

Langa gave a small smile to his mom "Are you trying to do something?" He asked his mother who nervously smiles looking away.

"Well..." Nanako starts with a nervouse laugh "I kinda asked Akari to come over because I found out she has a daughter and I just wanted you to get to know her" She says looking at langa.

Langa knows what his mom means, he does have that much friends or a partner so he understands why she would do this but just to make sure he's right to what he's thinking he has to ask "Is that all? Or did you want Yuri and me to date?" He asked with one eye brow raised.

Nanako laughed at what he said "Ahahaha your funny....but yes you are correct. Langa, look it has been almost a year since we moved here and you have a lot of good friends but I think you should get a girlfriend!" Nanako says with a smile.

Langa sighs "Mom I appreciate it but I don't think I'm interested in a relationship right now"

"Aw but Yuri is such a sweet girl. Just be friends and hang out with her you'll change your mind! Now we can't leave are guest alone for too long" Nanako leaves a kiss on langas forhead before leaving back to the Takahashi's.

Langa stood on the same spot thinking about what his mom said 'Get to know her and I'll change my mind?' He thought "I'm sorry mom, but I don't think that's possible..."
