NORMAL POV;

I was shocked to say the least. "Hey" he said quietly as that half smirk played on his lips. "What do you want?" I asked "to see you" "been three years Aston.." "I know.." He sighed "so what have you come back for?" "You" he said as he relaxed a little. I laughed nervously as I shook my head "no no no no!" "What?" "You can't just turn up here after three years and expect me to fall back into your arms..I've.." I started but couldn't continue. "You've what?" He asked "moved on.." I whispered.

ASTON'S POV;

"Moved on.." Jodie said as she looked down. I couldn't quite believe what I was hearing I mean, I was still head over heels in love with her, and she'd moved on. "What?" I said almost close to a whisper. "I-I-Aston-I-You shouldn't be here" she said as she tried to close the door, but I put my foot in the way; stopping her from doing so. "Aston.." She sighed "we need to talk.." "Not now.." She said as she looked as she was about to cry. "Eyy, don't cry," I said as she smiled "babe? Who is it?" A guy asked as he came to the door. His arm slipping round Jodie's waist. I felt a rush of anger and jealousy run through me. "Erm..this is.." She started, but her new boyfriend cut her off "- Aston Merrygold, babe, why's he stood on our doorstep?" He laughed "I er.. Actually came to talk to Jodie" "you? Came to speak with her?" "Yep" I nodded unsure as to what he was getting at. "ohh right, well be my guest," he said as he stepped back allowing me to come inside. ",but I need to nip out, I won't be long" he said as he pecked Jodie's lips. "Bye" she said "seya" he said before closing the door leaving just me and her stood in the hall way. "Jodie-" I started "I said, I can't talk right now" she said as she walked off into the kitchen. I quickly followed. "I can't believe this" she said as I sat down at the breakfast bar. "You've done well for yourself" I smiled as I looked around at the extremely nice house. "Thanks" "so, who's he? New boyfriend?" I asked. "Aston!" She shouted "what?" "That's nothing to do with you.." "He treating you right?" I asked "he's not going to just leave me, without saying anything but just a letter if that's what you mean.." She said "ow, harshly put" I said "harshly done!" She said. Just then the most gorgeous little girl walked around the corner, she had the most gorgeous brown eyes, with slightly tanned skin, little afro style hair in pigtails. She stood hugging a teddy in her pyjamas. I smiled at how cute she was; receiving a smile back from her. The next thing was what shocked me the most "mummy" was the word that left her mouth. My mouth dropped open. Jodie, a mum? No, she wasn't the kind of girl. Besides her boyfriends white, couldn't be theirs, maybe she fostered?

NORMAL POV;

"Mummy" I heard, I turned around to see Lexi stood there. "What's wrong princess?" I asked "my ant sleep" "come on," I smiled as I picked her up ",two minutes," I mouthed to Aston as he smiled ",let's go baby, what's wrong, why can't my little girl sleep?" "My don't o" "awh baby" I said as we walked upstairs and into her room before getting her settled. Once everything was okay and she was finally back to sleep I made my way back downstairs, into the kitchen, to Aston. "So what do you really want?" I asked "I've told you.. I want you back" "you was the one that left me.." "I know, and I'm sorry" "Aston, things have changed now" "not for me they haven't" he said as he stood up and came over to me. His hands on my waist as I looked up at him. His gorgeous brown eyes sparkling as he looked down at me. "Ast don't" I said, but he did, he pushed his lips onto mine. I placed my hands on his chest and pushed him away. "Don't what?" He asked "do that.." I sighed "I still love you" Aston smiled slightly as his grip on my waist got tighter. "Ast.." "I don't expect you to say it back, like you said you've moved on, but you can't have moved on that much because you're still wearing the engagement ring I got you" he pointed out. I removed my hands from his chest and hung my head as I began to play with the engagement ring I had on. "Take it off" Aston said, my head shot up and looked at him. He nodded as I pulled a confused face. "I cant" I whispered. "And that's how I know things haven't changed, because you're still wearing the engagement ring I gave you, after three years, you're still wearing it, and you can't take it off" "there's more behind the ring than, just you Ast" "like?" "Erm..never mind" "is she mine?" He asked as he nodded to a picture of Lexi I had on the wall. "What!?" "She must be what two? Three?" "She's two year two month" "is she mine?" "Erm..no" I lied. "She is isn't she?" "Aston, we will talk, I promise, just not now, this is a lot to take in" "can I have your number then so we can meet up?" "Yeah" I said before doing so. "I'll go, see you later baby, I love you" "bye Ast" I half smiled as he let himself out. I locked up then made my way upstairs. I took my make-up off before brushing my teeth and getting changed and climbing into bed. I turned over to my phone that was on the side and picked it up. I pressed the button to see I had a message from Aston.

[She's mine, isn't she? Axx]

[Aston, I said we will talk about it, just not now xx]

[Jodie, you can't lie to me, for starters your boyfriends white so where has the tanned skin come from? .. She's mine .. I'm a dad .. Please don't lie to me Axx]

[Okay, yes .. She's yours xx]

[She's beautiful, what did you name her? Axx]

[Lexi xx]

[Awh:), does she know I'm her dad? Or is your boyfriend her dad? Axx]

[She's never in her life seen her dad, but she calls him 'Alex' not dad if that's what your bothered about xx]

[Can I meet her? Like properly, have a relationship with her? Axx]

[Ast, you will have to like start just coming round during the day or something, not make it obvious you've come to see her, she will relax into you and get used to you, then you bond with her, THEN we will tell her that you're her dad xx]

[Can I come round tomorrow?? Axx]

[Erm.. Yeah, why not xx]

[No one knows you're her dad Aston, only me, Nat and my mum and you now xx]
