NORMAL POV;

"Lexi, time to get up princess" I said as I shook her slightly causing her to wriggle before opening her eyes and wrapping her arms around me. I stood up and began to walk "GEORGE!!" She shouted causing me to laugh slightly. "Awh, quickly get him babe" I said as I put her down and she ran to her bed and grabbed George before running back into my arms. I had been up for about and hour already and I was dressed and ready for the day ahead of me. We made our way into the kitchen and I sat her down at the kitchen table and put her breakfast in front of her. "Would you like some orange juice with your toast princess?" "eeease" she said as she ate some of her toast. I grabbed the orange juice and poured her a class before putting it back in the fridge and giving it to her. I sat down next to her with my cup of tea. "Is auntie Nat coming today?" I asked "eah" just then the door bell rang. "Mummy won't be a second" I smiled before making my way to the door.

ASTON'S POV;

I rang the door bell. I'd made an extra effort today, making sure my hair was perfect before leaving my house. Jodie answered the door. She looked beautiful in her skinny jeans, a shirt and her blazer. Her hair hanging down and stopping halfway down her stomach. "Hey" she smiled. "Hello" I smiled "come in" "thanks" I said. She walked into the kitchen gesturing me to follow her as I did. I walked in to see Lexi sat at the kitchen table eating her toast. "Sit down" Jodie said as she pointed to the chair next to Lexi, I pulled out the chair and sat down. I just wanted to pick her up and cuddle and kiss her. Except I couldn't. She doesn't know who I am. If only I hadn't left. "You want a drink?" Jodie asked "please" I smiled. She made me a cup of tea before coming to sit at the table; opposite me and at the other side of Lexi. I sat watching the beautiful girl that I once called mine and my child chatting away and being silly. "My inish" Lexi said as she looked at Jodie and held her hands up. "Stay there then" Jodie said as she stood up and grabbed a cloth from next to the sink. She turned around and looked at me. "You want to do it?" She asked "please" I said as she passed the cloth over to me. Lexi turned to me with a smile on her face and her hands held up. I gently wiped her face before moving onto her hands. Although we'd only just met. I love her. "Ome play" she said as she jumped down from the table and grabbed my hand. I looked over to Jodie "err bath first mrs" she smiled. "get a bath and then we will play" I smiled at Lexi. "come bath ick!" She shouted as she dragged me upstairs. Jodie soon appeared at the bathroom door as Lexi began to get herself undressed. "Its like she knows" Jodie smiled before she turned the tap on and ran the bath. I watched as Jodie got our child undressed and sat her in the bath as she played. "She loves having a bath" she smiled. I took hold of her hand that hung by her side. Gently stroking my thumb over her hand. "You know the situation" she said as she removed her hand from mine and walked out; leaving just me and Lexi. "Ook, my make it splash" she giggled and she splashed her hand in the water. I smiled before sitting down on the edge of the bath and playing with her. "Ash my hair lease" she said. "What does mummy wash it with?" I asked "that" she said pointing to the shampoo. I can't say I know what I'm doing because I don't. I squirted the shampoo out into my hands and rubbed it into her hair. Once I'd finished I rinsed my hands. "My see!" She shouted as she tried to stand up. I grabbed her without thinking just in case she fell. I held her up so she could see herself in the mirror "my ook illy" she laughed "shall we take a picture?" I asked "eaah!" She said. I pulled my phone out. "Smile" I laughed as she wrapped her arms tightly around my neck with the biggest grin on her face ever. I took the picture then put my phone back in my pocket and put her back in the bath before washing the shampoo off.

NORMAL POV;

"HELLLOOOOOO" I heard Natalie shout "NAT?!" I shouted "heey" she grinned as she walked into the kitchen "hey" "you alright?" "yeah, im alright, you?" "yeah, wheres little un?" Natalie asked "in there..." I said as I nodded my head towards the living room door. A very loud giggle coming from the living room causing us both to smile. "don't think I've ever heard her laugh like that" Natalie smiled "she's got a new friend that's why" I beamed before turning back to the washer as I continued to empty it. "a new mate?" Natalie asked "mate, or dad, you decide" I smiled "what!? He's back!? Oh my god! Jodie!!!" She shouted "shhhhh" I grinned "you still love him" "no I don't" I defended, "I have Alex" I smiled slightly "yeah, and where is Alex?" "I don't know.." "Exactly, yours and Alex's relationship isn't really a relationship though babe, never has been" "that's because you don't like him" "neither do you" "Naaat..he's my boyfriend of course I do.." "Really?" "He's a nice lad" I smiled as she raised her eyebrows "what?" I asked "Jess come on, you know you and Ast are perfect together, did Alex even come home last night?" "I don't know" "probably not, he expects it to be like you two are just a couple, when its not like that, you have Lexi, your relationship can't be like it would if you didn't have her" "I know, which is why we argue, because he's not getting any" "and why isn't he?" "Because...its hard been a single mum" "technically your not a single mum, just a mum" "technically I am though Nat, he doesn't help me at all, all he does is come home from work and share the bed with me" "he doesn't really bother with Lexi does he?" "No not at all" I sighed "go check on her" Nat smiled. I stopped what I was doing before making my way to the living room door. Aston was laid on the floor and Lexi was sat on his stomach wriggling about laughing away as Aston tickled her. I smiled at the sight. My baby girl has her daddy and she loves it. "Oo, careful princess" Aston laughed as Lexi nearly fell off of his stomach. "You okay?" He asked "yeah" she giggled before grabbing his cheeks. I grinned as I turned around and made my way back over to the washer and continued to sort out the washing. "What you grinning at?" Natalie asked "them two" "see, you want him back" "no I don't" "whatever you say babe" she laughed as I picked up a pile of Lexi's clothes and took them into the living room. "You two okay?" I asked as I hung the washing out. Lexi got up from Aston and came over to me. "Mummy?" "Yeah?" "My ant a drink" "hold on, mummy's busy at the moment" I said as I continued to hang out the washing. "I'll get it" Aston said as he stood up. "Thank you Ast" I smiled as he gave me his breath taking smile. "Come on you" Aston said as he tickled Lexi as she squealed then held her arms up for Aston to pick her up. He picked her up and she began messing with his hair. "Eyy cheeky" Aston laughed as they walked into the kitchen.

ASTON'S POV;

I walked into the kitchen to see a familiar face sat there. "Hey little legs!" This girl smiled as Lexi pushed her way out of my arms and ran to her. "Auntie Nat!!" Lexi shouted as she gave her a hug. Natalie, that's her name, Jodie's best friend, I remember her. "Aston" she smiled as she put Lexi back down "Natalie," I nodded ",how you doing?" I asked "I'm good, you?" "Yeah, I'm alright thanks, errm, where's her beaker kept?" I asked "that cupboard" she smiled as she pointed to it. I opened the cupboard and pulled out a beaker. "at one" Lexi said as she stood next to me on her tiptoes. "Which one?" I asked "at one" she said again. "You show da- you show me which one you want" I smiled as I picked her up and she pulled out her Minnie Mouse one. "This one?" I asked "yeah" she nodded. "Okay, what do you want to drink" she ran to the wine rack that was in between two of the cupboards and pulled out the ribena "this!" She said as she ran back to me and passed me it. I made her drink and gave it to her. I stood leaning against the worktop as Lexi stood in front of me. She reached her hand up to me, I bent down and picked her up. She began been silly and somehow managed to spill her drink over the two of us. "Wheeeey!" I laughed as I sat her on the worktop, she only had a little spot on her, plus her top was black so it couldn't be seen. But me? White top, ribena all over it. I pulled my top over my head before letting it soak it the sink. "That was silly wasn't it" I laughed with Lexi. "Orry" she giggled "its okay princess"

NORMAL POV;

After I'd hung the washing out on the radiator and went back into the kitchen to see a topless Aston. "Sorry babe" Aston smiled as he turned around and placed Lexi on the floor. "Err..oh..wow..erm yeah, no problem" I blushed as he turned his attention to his top in the sink. "What have you been doing mrs?" I asked Lexi "my spilled this" she said as she pointed to her drink. I shook my head at her as Aston stood scrubbing his top. "I was thinking," Natalie spoke up ",why don't we go for out for dinner?" She asked "erm, I haven't been at work all week, and you know what Alex is like..." I shrugged "Ast, you gunna come?" "One condition" Aston replied "yeah?" Natalie asked "I pay for my girls?" Aston asked "awwwwwwwww!! Yes! Of course you can!!" Natalie shouted "I'm going to get changed, I'll meet you in an hour?" Natalie asked "yeah sure" I smiled. Natalie smirked at me before leaving the house. "Come on princess, let's get you changed" I smiled "okay!" Lexi shouted as she ran to the bottom of the stairs and started to make her way upstairs. Aston squeezed his top out before turning round to face me. That cheeky grin spreading across his face as he smirked at me. "Thank you Ast, you don't have to pay for our dinner" I said as I again played with the ring on my finger as I looked down. I was too lost in my world to even notice he had come over. His hands resting on my waist as he cuddled me, my head resting on his bare toned chest. "Where's Alex?" He asked "I don't know" I sighed "he not come home?" He asked as I shook my head. "And he's working away at the weekend" "he always like this?" "Never seeing us?," I asked ",yeah..." "Then he doesn't know what he's missing out on" Aston said quietly as his finger went underneath my chin causing me to look into his beautiful eyes. His soft lips gently connected with mine before he pulled away. "The least I can't do is pay for my girls dinners" "well thank you" I smiled "not a problem" "has it come out of your top?" I asked referring to the ribena. "Ermm..no" he chuckled "ohh, I'm sorry, she's gets a little excited sometimes" I smiled "its not a problem, I don't mind, she's my daughter after all" Aston beamed. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you Ast" I frowned "eyy eyy, baby it's okay, its okay, I should have never left, its my fault I haven't been here not yours" Aston said as he rubbed his hands up and down my arms. "Do I look okay like this? Or do I need to get changed?" "Baby, you look beautiful" Aston smiled causing me to blush. "I'm going to run home and get changed, you going to get Lexi ready and meet me and Nat there?" He asked as we walked through the kitchen and to the front door "yep" I smiled "bye Lexi!" Aston shouted "yeee!!" She shouted "see you there" he winked as he went out the door.

I could see life becoming to get very complicated from now on.
