They arrive at where they were supposed to meet Kris. The police and FBI were hidden out of sight. Eden was so scared. Chase kisses her hand.
"You can do this babe. I know you can. But if you get a shot at him you take it. After all we ohave been through because of him self defense is a beautiful thing." Chase says.
"Okay." Eden says.
"Dad taught you how to shoot babe so I know you can do it." Chase says.
"I love you." Eden says.
"I love you too baby." Chase replies.
They share a few kisses. They then get out of the truck. The go down.
"About time you showed up. Cutting it close." Kris says.
"Where is Casey?" Eden asks.
"Mommy." Casey cries out.
"I'm coming baby girl." Eden says.
Kris lowered his head to make sure she was secured.
"Do it baby." Chase says.
Eden pointed the gun at Kris. He looked up starring at it.
"Let her go." Eden says.
"You don't have the balls to shoot me in front of your daughter." Kris says.
Eden fired the gun right past his head missing on purpose.
"I'm going to say it one more time. Let her go." Eden says.
Kris untied her.
"Come here baby." Chase says.
"Daddy!" Casey cries out running to Chase.
"I got you baby." Chase says wrapping her in a hug kissing her head.
"There now I let her go." Kris says.
Chase was holding Casey covering her face and ears. Eden fired the shot. Kris fell. Eden went over and made sure he was dead before dropping the gun. The police showed up as did the FBI.
"I had to do what I had to, to protect my daughter." Eden says.
"You have no issues with us. Self defense is a wonderful thing. He put you through so much." The agent says.
