It was a few weeks later after the scary crash from Dega. Eden put her nursing skills to work and really helped Chase. The first few days she wouldn't let him do much of anything. Chase loved the attention. Chase was cleared to race but Eden was still worried about him. He was sore so he got lots of massages and TLC from Eden. He also got lots of snuggles from the kids. Thankfully Chase was right back in racing form. He won Texas, Kansas and had just won Martinsville. Things were looking good going into Phoenix. In between big Chases racing there was little Chases racing he was in contention for the championship as well, Casey's meets and recitals and a million other things the kids were into. She balanced it all as well as launching and building up her foundation. The donations from Chases store sales helped a loT. Eden barely had any time to herself. But Eden wouldn't change a single thing for a fraction of a second.
Eden and Chase woke up wrapped around each other after celebrating the win.
"How are you feeling baby?" Eden asks.
"Fine baby I promise I'm okay. Your TLC helped as did the snuggles from the kids. The last of the bruises are fading." Chase says kissing her head.
"That was the scariest day of my life." Eden says.
"I know baby." Chase says.
Eden stretches.
"I better get up it's Halloween one of my favorite holidays." Eden says.
"No baby you stay in bed okay. I will get the kids up and I will make breakfast. You have done so much with helping me through injury and taking the kids to their many activities and homeschooling them plus drawing and putting new designs out for the store and your foundation. You rest and I'll do it." Chase says.
"Okay baby." Eden says.
Chase kisses her head. He then gets up out of bed. Eden enjoyed the view as he went and got his pajama bottoms on.
"Like what you see baby?" Chase asks catching her eyeing him up.
"God yes. I swear you get sexier as you age." Eden says.
Chase puts his shirt on and then kisses her.
"Laters baby." Chase says with desire laced in his words.
"I am going to hold you to that." Eden says.
She pats his ass as he walks away earning a little shake from him. Eden laughs. She then lays back in bed. Fletcher jumped up taking over Chases spot. Eden kisses him snuggling him. They both fall back to sleep.
