Liza trudged back to the dorm. She did some experimenting of her own that day, and it was exhausting. On the other side of all the sweat and accidental injuries, she got a firm grasp on minor ice magic. She smiled to herself as she placed her hand on the doorknob to Room 667. She was getting the hang of this "magic" thing. Maybe she would get to test out some of her new ice magic during today's errand.

Just as she was about to open the door, a loud bang from the other side caught her attention. Wand drawn, she slowly turned the knob and opened the door. She entered just in time to see Alusius tending to Mako's slouched form.

"Are you alright?" asked Alusius, "Did I hurt you? Were you burned?"

"It worked!" Mako cheered, throwing her arms around Alusius. She went off on an oddly romantic tangent about ruling the world. Liza couldn't help but watch. Her shipping brain was already hard at work. Mako's eyes locked with Alusius's. The two looked like a pair of mad scientists in the middle of a tango. "Oh, hi Liza!"

"What?!" Alusius whipped around, detaching from Mako. "What are you doing there? How long have you been there?"

Liza hitched up her satchel and strode into the room. "What? A human witch. What am I doing? Grabbing my coat before doing my work-study stuff. How long? Long enough." She winked at Alusius and continued into her bedroom. A small hit of satisfaction entered her system when she heard Alusius groan and run his hand down his face.

Today'll be a two-fer, since both of these parts are pretty short.
