"So, who is this Iren Vozalt?" asked Liza, "Should I know her?"
"She's the Conjuration teacher," Wendy said, "And also the Planar Studies teacher. And also the Demonology teacher. She does a lot here."
Wren and Liza waited for more, but Wendy continued down the street without another word.
"Is that all you're saying?" Wren asked, "That's a very... oatmeal way of putting it."
"What do you mean?"
"This is Iren Vozalt we're talking about. The Planeswalker! She dueled Fai Chien to a standstill! She outwitted the Fey Court!"
"Oh! Or when she fought off a Far Realm flotilla with a sword made from her wedding ring!"
"She's the only human to spit in the face of gods and make them wipe it off!"
"Is she human? I thought she was something else."
"I mean, I've heard the rumors, but I don't want to make any assumptions until Vozalt herself comes out and addresses it."
Liza began to build an image of this woman in her head. She imagined her eight feet tall, clad in golden armor and wielding a sword made of pure light. No, a stone cold super-soldier whose firelock rifle was etched with so many kill tallies that its finish was entirely scraped off. No! A badass invincible mage with hundreds of spells stored in her head, always prepared for every occasion, even a blind date!
