~Stray Kids Sickfics And Hurtfics~

~Jisung~

it was a normal morning for stray kids. chan was already at the studio, hyunjin and minho had gone to practise, leaving felix behind because he was still sleeping and was recovering from a stomach bug. the vocal line had just left, changbin was in a meeting, and jisung, well, he had overslept and was running late...again.

at least he had an excuse this time, the night before he had been up until 4 am writing lyrics because he suddenly got a burst of inspiration, turns out that wasn't a good decision, especially since when he looked over them the next morning, none of the lyrics made any sense and the flow wasn't right. chan had told him to join him when he was ready, which jisung was still in the process of getting ready to do.

once he was finally ready, he made sure felix was alright and wrote a note for him, then he finally left.

the roads were icy and slippy, jisung being jisung slipped over at least 10 times, managing to style out half of them, the other half....well not so much. he fell flat on his face and then fell on his bum multiple times, so by the time he got to the studio was bruised all over and everywhere hurt.

"oh my god what happened?" chan asked the poor boy, running over to him once he took off his coat and inspecting his bruises.

"it's a bit slippy" jisung replied sheepishly

"why didn't you call someone to pick you up?" changbin asked

"...i can do that?" 

both older boys sighed and eventually let jisung go once the younger had convinced them that he was fine.

they recorded for a few hours before leaving to get lunch, which required them to walk outside again, something jisung didn't really want to do again. changbin slipped first, right onto his bum, but he wasn't really hurt and the other two just laughed at him before chan helped him up

"sung wasn't lying when he said it was slippy"

"you thought i was joking?" jisung asked, offended that his hyung thought so low of him

"no, i just thought you were dumb"

"hey-" at that exact moment, jisung slipped again, but this time he fell onto his knee, hearing a cracking sound

"you are dumb ha!" changbin continued to tease him, not realising how much pain jisung was in

"come on, we don't have time, lets g-...jisung, are you alright?" chan started to say, before realising the boy hadn't said anything yet, and was gripping his leg in pain letting out small whimpers

"i-i think i heard a crack....it hurts!" he whispered, tears starting to roll down his cheeks

"wait, really? sit down properly sung" chan said, getting down to his level

"can't...hurts" he whimpered, not wanting to move in fear of further hurting his leg

"uhm okay, what should we do?" changbin, who had been watching in concern, asked

that's when the older two noticed the ice underneath jisung's knee had been stained red

"sung you're bleeding, are you sure you can't move at all?" chan asked in a calm, soothing voice that entirely contrasted how he felt on the inside

"i...I'm sure..." jisung struggled to say

"hyung should i call an ambulance or something?" changbin asked

"yeah that's a good idea" chan agreed

"okay" changbin quickly hurried to take his phone out of his pocket, which proved to be more of a struggle than he'd first thought because his fingers were numb due to the coldness, but he eventually managed it and called for an ambulance, which arrived in less that 7 minutes. it was absolute torture for both jisung and his hyungs getting him into the ambulance, every movement caused jisung immense pain and his hyungs couldn't bear to see the maknae of 3racha in such pain.

but they managed to get him in and gave him oxygen which somewhat lessened the pain enough for jisung to speak and fortunately both chan and changbin were allowed into the ambulance with him

"why does..my knee hurt...so much?" he asked 

"we suspect you may have broken a bone in your leg near your knee" one of the medics said

"why was..it bleeding then?" jisung asked, confused

"the bone might have pierced through the skin"

"oh"

when they got to the hospital, they ran all sorts of tests, and the boys had to wait 2 hours before getting the results back, which just as they had suspected, came back as jisung having broken a bone which had pierced through the skin in his leg, so surgery was needed.

by then the rest of the members had come in, after chanbin had called minho. they were currently all waiting for jisung to get out of surgery as they had arrived just after he went in. the surgery didn't take to long, but by the time a doctor came to tell them, jeongin and felix had already fallen asleep, jeongin on hyunjin's shoulder and felix on changbin's.

"are you here for jisung?" the doctor asked

immediately the boys shot up, making jeongin and felix fall before chan caught them both

"yeah" minho replied

"I'm pleased to say the surgery was a complete success, everything went according to plan, he should wake up in less than an hour"

"thank you so much, can we see him now?" hyunjin asked

"yes of course, follow me" the doctor lead them to jisung's room "I'll leave you"

"thank you!"

it's safe to say that when jisung woke up, he was drowned in hugs and maybe a light slap from changbin because jisung "scared the shit out of him" and a flick from minho for "being such an idiot"...and maybe a small punch from felix for quote on quote "almost abandoning the sunshine twins" but mostly hugs.

(a/n--sorry I've been gone for so long, i couldn't think of any good ideas but I'm back now :3)

(a/n--also jisung is lucky he only had to wait 2 hours, one time i waited 7 hours to get my x-ray back, that wasn't fun)
