I plop onto my couch, John Stephen and Cole are already sitting and playing NFL games.
"You wanna do it secrectively," Cole says,
keeping his eyes on the game.
"No, do it in front of everyone so she can't say no," John Stephen retorts, also keeping his eyes on the tv.
"How 'bout a text?" I ask blowing out and throwing my phone in the air and catching it.
"What are you asking her to anyway?"
"Homecoming," Cole clears up. John Stephen doesn't go to our school. I wish he did though.
"What does she look like?" John Stephen asks sitting up from his lazy position. I sigh and put my hands over my face.
"Gorgeous green eyes, perfect Brown hair. And don't get me started on her ass." I hear their groans and the couch shifts as they throw their arms in the air. My fingers move away from my face and I see their faces.
"What? They were doing volleyball today. Spandex looks good on her." Wow I sound like a jerk.
"You're so perverted," Cole says rolling his eyes.
"What church does she go to?" John Stephen asks. I sigh and slouch into the chair again.
"Hell if I know," I say back.
"Well ask her to come to ours," Cole and John Stephen say. I roll my eyes the sit up.
"That's a perfect idea." I run to my room and grab my phone. My fingers fumble through the contacts and find hers labeled Nessabear ❤.
Running my fingers over the various letters I manage to send her a message of mixed emotions.
Me] On Sunday we're going to church, wanna come? If you do wear something nice.
I wonder if I'm coming off fatherly or boyfriend-y. Probably in the middle. Great, brotherly. I plop down onto my bed and I hear the two of them come in.
"Well I asked her, I sound like a brother and not like a boyfriend or even a tease." I groan and roll over to face my wall.
"Let me see." I throw my phone at Cole and of course the two of them laugh.
"What are you complaining about?" John Stephen asks. I sit up and grab my phone. She replied!
Nessabear] okay, I'll be the one in red ;)
I do a mental scream and try to remain calm on the outside.
"Dude, now's your chance for homecoming," Cole says. They leave a little while after having dinner with my family and I. I head to my room and text her.
Me] Meet me at school tomorrow around 5.
I can drive so I take myself to school so it'll be the perfect place to ask her to homecoming. We should make a vine some time soon. I contact the boys and they already have the perfect vine setup.
