Title: Unearthing Treasures
Characters used: Toy Soldiers from Toy Story
Explanation of work: Photo manipulation is a skill that is very important for a photoshop artist. For the first time in my life, I have to try photo manipulation for the sake of this contest. The tree symbolized the woods/land/island and the treasure chest represents the treasure. The land on/in the chest depicts the treasure under the land. I warp the image of the tree/land so it would look like it is inside/on the chest. Historical fiction check! Fantasy check! All I need to show is the humor so instead of using normal soldiers, I thought of a different idea thus the toy soldiers from Toy Story. Then I added movie credits so it would look like a movie poster(I don't know if that succeeded). And ta-da!! I'm done~
