Ms. Hart's POV:

I guided him the way to Angel's hospital room. It got a little awkward so I began with a little bit of small talk. "So.. What's your name sir?" I asked. "Name's CJ, what- Oh wait.. Never mind, ahaha!" He laughed. I snickered. "Yeah you already know mine, huh?" I said. "Yeah.. Miss Hart, correct?" "Yeah that's correct!"

We made our way to Angel's room. "Alright.. Here it is!" I exclaimed, as I opened the door.

CJ's POV:

I walked in, seeing Angel attracted to different wires. (Ahaha- Robot??/j) I walked closer to the bed, the box of cupcakes in hand. Angel slowly opened their eyes. "Hey.. CJ.. Why'd.. you come..?" They said softly. "Well.." I opened the box. "Happy birthday! I wanted to visit for that matter.." Angel stared at me, sitting up. "Are you for real right now?" They asked. I lowered the box "What do you mean..?" I said. Angel's eyes turned glossy. "I.. Was being so rude to you.. And.. stuff.." They tried to force the tears to come out. "So? You're my friend! I had too!" I exclaimed. "Where's Ruby though..?" And suddenly...

Ruby's POV:

I panted as I ran into the room. "*Pant* Hi.. *pant* Angel..!" I said. "Ruby!" Angel called out. "Yo, Ruby!" CJ exclaimed. "Also.. H-Happy birthday, Angel..!" I looked over at them. Angel widened their eyes then looked at CJ. "Wait... CJ? Did you plan this..?" Angel asked in a high tone. CJ shook his head gently. "Nope.. Actually, she came here all by herself!" I walked to the same spot CJ was. "Y-yeah! Surprise b-birthday! In.. a hospital.. but." I said. Angel giggled. "It's the best you guys can do though so.. I'm happy!" Then it was silent. You could only hear the heart rate monitor going.

Finally CJ spoke. "So.. Where do I put these?" He asked. The nurse pointed to a small table near Angel's hospital bed. "Right over there should do it si- I mean.. CJ!" I looked over to the table, as CJ walked over there to place it. "There we go! Alright, you can eat them later, strawberry!" He exclaimed. I nodded. "Because of what state you're in right at the moment.. I think it'll better if you wait a little." The nurse said. Then it was quiet again. This time the heart monitor went a little quicker than last time. Is Angel overwhelmed..? I thought to myself. No.. It can't be right? They're probably just flustered right? I thought. "S-Sorry for the heart rate monitor guys..! I really am not about to have a heart attack or something!" Angel exclaimed. They probably knew that we, well me and CJ, thought something was off..

"N-No worries! We didn't think that or anything, right CJ?" I said, turning to him. He blushed slightly. "Y-Yeah! No worries! What Ruby said..!" He exclaimed.

Angel's POV:

I sighed in relief. "Phew.. Thank god.." Then I noticed something... "Hey.. CJ? Why are you blushing all of a sudden hmm?~" I teased before realising what I just said. "Uuuu.. I didn't mean it..!" I said right after. CJ snickered. "Nah it's kay! I don't mind it~" He teased back. At this point it was just an awkward silence between me, CJ, Ruby and, of course, Miss Hart, who was snickering after the little play-fight... "Are you guys dating by any chance?~" Miss Hart said, calmly. My face turned red and I immediately hid my face it the covers. I heard CJ laughing awkwardly. "Nono! We're just friends!" He said. Ruby started laughing too. "Nah.. Stop ly-lying to yourself, d-dude!~" She teased.

It was silent once again, with the heart rate monitor going as fast as light.(/j) "Oh god.. I really have done it this time.." CJ whimpered. I heard footsteps coming closer to me. Then light shined in my eyes, as the sheets were lifted. "I'm sorry~ That was very mean of me.." He said looking at me under the sheets. "Uhm.. CJ? I think that's not a very good idea-" Miss Hart said before I smacked CJ across the face. "Dumbass." I spat at him. "Deserved that.." He responded. I laughed afterwards. "Ehehe!~ Of course, stupid!" (Bro I'm making Angel turn into Natsuki- not even- A FUCKING TSUNDERE WTF-)

CJ kissed my forehead. (Wtf- Is this allowed? Wtf- IS THIS ALLOWED??) "Alright alright.. Well I gotta go.. Bye and have a wonderful birthday!" He said before leaving. "Bye!~" I called out happily. Then Ruby left too. "They seem like pretty good friends huh?" Miss Hart asked, smiling. I got up from my sheets, wrapping them around me for warmth. "Yeah.. Sometimes, they can be a handful though.." I replied, giggling afterwards.

"But at least they helped me through a lot..."
