Angel's POV:

I looked around my hospital room, sighing. "What do I do.. The boredom is getting too loud." I mumbled. The door opened and I immediately turned towards it, facing the nurse. "Hi Angel!" She exclaimed. "Hello..!" I returned. "So I think you may leave. I'll get your stuff!" Miss Hart exclaimed. I answer with joy. "Okay!"

After getting dressed and stuff, I was ready to go! I said my goodbyes to Miss Hart and kinda stormed off. As I entered the lift to downstairs, I checked my phone. "Hmm... I got 10 missed calls?! From who?!" I exclaimed. I then read the name on top of the notification. "Of course it's CJ..." I decided to call him back, and he answered. "Finally! I've been trying to reach you for almost an hour!" He said. I groaned. "I was literally getting ready to leave the hospital!" I heard CJ gasp. "You're leaving?!" He exclaimed. I had to put my phone a little away from me.

"Yes..?" I answered. It was silent. "Do you want me to pick you up? I can do that!" CJ said quickly. I thought for a while. "Hello?" He woke me up from my thoughts. "Oh! Sorry! Yeah sure, you can!" I replied. "Okay! I'll be there in a sec!" CJ said before hanging up. Just when we hung up, the lift stopped. Okay.. I'm here I guess.. I thought. I took a deep breath.

What if she insults me again..? No-no.. That won't happen.. Will it..? I thought. I then stepped out of the lift. My breath begins to shake. C'mon Angel! You can do this... I walked over to the reception. "Well look who it is." The receptionist said, smirking. "Ugh.. I'm just waiting for someone, so could you not?" I said, avoiding eye contact. "Sure~ Is your 'Boyfriend' picking you up?" She teased, but not in a good way. "Shut up. Didn't I tell you to shut your mouth?" I spat at her. "Alright god! Non-binary's these days.." That was the last drop for me.

"I TOLD YOU TO SHUT IT!" I yelled. My eyes turned white as anger fled through my body. The receptionist shivers. "Y-You're a monster..!" She screamed. I ignored her insult. "Ahahaha... Is that all you have left..?" I snapped back to reality, hearing something.. no.. rather someone. "Angel! Calm down.." My eyes turned back to normal. The usual light pink eyes. "Ugh.." I groaned holding my head. "...Ah.. Sorry!" I apologised. "Wait.. CJ..?" I looked up. "Yeah.. Are you okay? What happened?"

I stayed silent. "Don't worry! I won't do anything!" CJ exclaimed, putting his hands on my shoulders. I slowly spoke. "W-well.. I kinda got mad..." CJ nodded. "Mhm?" "And.. It's because y'know.. That homophobic bitch right there." I said, pointing at the receptionist. "Oh her? Yeah she's annoying. But that doesn't mean that you can kill her for that." CJ replied.

"Fine fine!" I giggled. CJ looked at the receptionist. "Don't worry by the way! This happened often.." And then we walked out. I could tell she was still scared of me. I mean who wouldn't be after what i just did.

CJ's POV:

Angel and I cracked jokes while walking home, but suddenly... "Look.. I'm.. Kind of scared to go back.." Angel said. I looked at them as we stopped our tracks. "Why- Oh yeah.. Right.." I cut myself off. How could I forget?! I thought as I looked to the side. "I'm terrified to be honest... What if Vade actually kills me this time?" Angel said looking anxiously at me. I could tell that they really want to just run in the mansion and pack all of their stuff. "Remember when I told you I was gonna leave?" Angel continued. I nodded with a questionable look on my face. "Am I allowed to..?" Angel slowly confessed.

I stayed silent. I wanted to say no, but it's literally their choice.. What do I do..? Should I just let them do what they want? Or should I decline it? No! Because I'll be a terrible friend! "Uh.. I mean.. If you wanna leave you can..?" I said unsure. "Hm... Y'know what? I'll stay with you guys just a little longer..!" Angel exclaimed before hugging me. My face filled with joy. "Really?! Uh.. I mean.. Okay!" I laughed as they giggled slowly. "I mean you literally warned me but still.. It got a little outta hand." They said as we walk again.

"Yep.." I said.

"So be careful, you know what she's capable of.."
