Elora didn't know why. Her body hurt. The headache had grown worse and the poison had made her feel more warm then usual.
She couldn't even bare to open her eyes. She suddenly heard a door opening.
She let out a soft painful whimper. "Shh," She recognised the sound of Keegan's voice. She felt a wet cold cloth being placed on her forehead. "Shh, Elora, it's your body who's reacting to the spider venom. The sooner you get to vomit it out, the better you will get," Keegan explained gently. "My dear child," Adrienne's voice interrupted. Elora felt a feeling of relief when she felt Adrienne's magic over her body. "Water," Elora mumbled weakly in her sleep. "Shh, of course, Elora," Adrienne said gently, "Forgive me. I forget that you're still an elf sometimes," Elora drank slowly as she felt herself begin giving cold fresh water. "Elora, we need you to open your eyes," Keegan said gently. Elora's breathing became worse which worried Keegan and Adrienne. Elora couldn't die, but her becoming worse could lead that she would be very weak the moment she's recovered from the spider venom. Elora finally forced herself to open her eyes. Adrienne smiled, "Elora, you will get better. I promise," And Elora smiled weakly and nodded. "Thank you, mother," Elora whispered weakly before she fell back into her sleep. Her words warmed Adrienne's heart.
