Carol had just returned to Earth from a visit to space. Well, technically it was more than a visit. Much more than a visit. Carol had been instructed to stay in her spacecraft to protect planets from a infamous group of problem makers. She was longing to spend time with her lover, Y/N Y/L/N. Carol thought you were gorgeous and so extremely sweet. You cared so much for her and would always make hot, fresh soup whenever anyone in the tower fell ill. Everyone loved you and if someone even lay a finger on you, they were dead to the Avengers.
NF (Nick Fury): Hey! Stargazer, get your a*s over here!
Nick Fury shouted from the other side of the carpark, snapping Carol out of her thoughts. She jogs towards him and turns her head to look at what he was staring at. A bright, glowing star, even though it was the middle of the day. It was unmissable, blinding almost. How had she not noticed it before? Maybe because it wasn't there before. Carol knew what it was, it was your signal, how you told her where you were and whether you were present. If you were, the star would be practically blinding, without causing any damage, of course.
NF: This any of your space sh*t?
C: No sir, more of theirs
She says, pointing towards you leaning against their sleek, black "Stark-Mobile" (as Tony had insisted on calling it) before you both sprinted towards each other. You jumped into her arms and wrapped you arms around her waist whilst she pulled you closer into her embrace, shedding a tear.
C: You have no idea how much I missed you
Y/N: Well, I sure did miss you, Danvers
C: *chuckles* I love you, Y/N. So much
Y/N: I love you too, babe. So, so much
Your lips join together, kissing each other gently and tenderly. Slowly the kiss became more intense as the both of you were running out of air.
NF: Oh quit the sloppy sh*t and f*ck already
C: FURY I SWEAR TO GOD-
