Chapter thirty....The Truth

Alexia's POV

"Finally found you." I heard Mel's voice and turned to my right, I got up and dusted my dress.

"I got a little lost, I stumbled upon this lake and I decided to gawk at its beauty a little." I took a step towards her and she took two steps back, I walked towards her again only for her to walk backwards.

"You're supposed to walk forward not backwards, silly you." I chuckled, it sounded weird and my voice was back thank God.

"Who are you?", she had a shocked expression on her face "and why are you in Alexia's dress? What did you do to her?" She looked angry.

"What's wrong with you?! I am Alexia, are you okay?" She was acting crazy, I mean who wouldn't recognize me by my hideous appearance.

"Stop lying to me you bastard!!!! Tell me where Alexia is right now before I called the cops." What the hell!!! She looked so serious, did she loose her memory or what?

"Come on Mel it's my Alexia Miller the ugliest girl in the world." Her eyes widened as I said this, what was so shocking.

"No way, you can't be Ally!" She shake her head rapidly refusing to accept it, is she slowly going crazy? Should I call the asylum 'cause I don't know how she could be mistaking me with someone else.

"Ally is so ugly her sight makes me wanna puke sometimes and you're not ugly so you're not her!!! Tell me what you did to her!!! Where is she?" Her first sentence took me by surprise, she really felt that way around me? Then why is she friends with me if she can't stand me?

"You really feel that way around me?" I felt my heart ache and tears stung my eyes, she looked genuinely sad for a minute but then she picked up a large stick.

"You better tell me where Ally is or else." She threatened.

"Are you crazy!!!! What's wrong with you why are you frightening me?!!!! If I'm not Alexia then who am I? Tell me!!" I can't deal with this now, I held my poor head and shut my eyes trying to chase away the headache cripping in.

"If you really are Ally then where were we yesterday?" The annoying part was she looked dead serious.

"We went shopping and then we went to eat after that I had a cheeseburgers while you had large fries and do you also want to know what happened the day before that or this morning? 'Cause I honestly don't get it. My mom and brother hates me and ruined my birthday and now you're about to run it all over again." Tears rolled out of my eyes as I sobbed quietly, I'm an emotional wreck.

"Ally it's really you?" She asked, she dropped the stick and approached me.

"Of course it's me, you really need to see a doctor." I sniffled as she hugged me, she pulled away and looked at me like I've grown another pair of head.

"Ally?"

"Yes." I wiped my tears.

"Look into the water." She instructed.

"What?" Something must have happened to her, I'll have to drag her ass to the hospital later.

"Just do it....please."

"Okay fine." I neared the water and my reflection in the water wasn't my reflection it was someone else's, I knelt down to see it well and I was correct.

"Is something wrong with me? Who's reflection is in the water?—"

"A mirror surface can only reflect what looks through it, that's you Ally, it's you." She had tears in her eyes.

"No it's not possible give me your mirror." She brought it out from her purse and handed it to me, I opened it and stared at it before looking at her.

"Mel?"
